    Abstract: 本論文研究目的包含「瞭解共軍政治工作之歷史背景」等四項，藉由研究共軍政治工作之緣起、模式、實際運用情形以及所造成之後續影響，包含中共建政後政治工作之發展與對我國軍現代政治作戰制度之建立。本論文所蒐集之相關參考資料，區分為「中文專書」、「英文專書」兩部分；「中文專書」則依其主題與內容，再區分為「與第二次國共內戰有關之專書」、「與共軍政治工作有關之專書」、「與國軍政戰有關之專書」、「與本論文研究有關之期刊」、「與徐蚌會戰有關之碩士論文」等五項。
    本文採用「文獻分析法」為研究方式。透過文獻分析，提供中共對政治工作之指導，以及軍隊如何運用政治工作輔助軍事任務遂行最真實與正確之依據及研究。歷史研究則透過中共於徐蚌會戰期間政治工作之具體作為，探討「政治工作」之重要性以及取得最終勝利之重要關鍵。共軍政治工作歷史背景、徐蚌會戰作戰過程、徐蚌會戰共軍政治工作之檢證、結論（包含「總結與檢討」、「心得與啟示」及「共軍政治工作未來發展趨勢研究：以『三戰』為例」等三部分）。藉由本論文研究、探討所得之經驗與心得，作為提供我政戰官科之創新思維與參考。另外藉由本論文之研究成果，提供後續學者研究國共內戰歷史時，所需之參考資料。
    To research the political working of Communist Party of China and its developing,how to affect the creation of our political warfare.The reference material of my thesis Distinguish 2 parts：Chinese books and English books.
    To analysis the literature,to research the importance of political working for Communist Party of China,and how to get final success.The history of political working of Communist Party of China,the process of Battle of She-Bang,to verificate political working of Communist Party of China and conclusion.With my experience and reviews of my research,to provide reference material for follow-up researcher.
