最後本文認為，印度儲備銀行是不具有獨立性。原因在於印度憲法當初在立憲時並沒有把儲備銀行獨立法寫入，使得印度政府有理由干預印度儲備銀行。 Financial System which is closely associated with the economy and the politics is one of the major parts in the world. Moreover, the Central Bank is the core of the financial system, so the decisions of the Central Bank will impact on the field of the economy, the financial and the politics. To a country, the Central Bank is vital, so no matter what decisions the Central Bank makes will have a significant influence in the overall economy of the country. The main investigation of the dissertation is about the independence of Reserve Bank of India. First, we will realize the development of India''s banking system through India''s financial system. Second, discuss if India''s form of government and the bureaucracy will affect the financial system. Third, make a comparison between Federal Reserve Bank and Reserve Bank of India. Last but not least, using the cases to analyze whether Reserve Bank of India has the independence or not. We can learn from what we have mentioned above: Reserve Bank of India is not independent at all. The reason is that the Indian did not subsume Reserve Bank Act in the Constitution of India while setting up a constitution which caused the Indian government not to have the right to interfere with Reserve Bank of India.
