    Abstract:   內容產業的構成,大致上可分為創造產業、著作權產業、文化產業、內容產業、數位內容產業等各項產業。 而內容產業和其他領域的產業相較起,有較高的產業附加價值,再加上數位技術的蓬勃發展和網路的急速普及的要素下,依據創造新的內容產業為前提的相關政策,開拓內容產業業務的發展性也大幅提升。
    The content industry is an umbrella term that encompasses companies owning and providing mass media and media metadata. This can include music and movies, text publications of any kind, ownership of standards, geographic data, and metadata about all and any of the above. Content industries constituted to create industry, copyright industry, culture industry, analog content industry and digital content industry.
    Compare to other industries, content industry has plentifully additional value. In the Information Age, the content industry comprises an enormous market. As digital technology grows prosperity and the diffusion of Internet service, the development of content industry goes up quite substantially.
    But the situation of music industry, although digital technology bring a lot of advantage to music production and promotion but illegal distribution and illegal download also become the biggest problem to music industry. The original product’s copyright is not only a significant issue to music industry, but also affected the whole content industries.
    According to the above factors, this paper will analyze the structure of the music industry, and the development of the content industry and the pros and cons of music industry.
    コンテンツ産業群を構成する産業は、創造産業、著作権産業、文化産業、コンテンツ産業、デジタルコンテンツ産業に大別される。 コンテンツ産業はほかの産業より高い付加価値性、デジタル技術の発展やインターネットの急速な普及、コンテンツ創造のための政策デザインによるコンテンツビジネスの展開可能性が増大する。
