    摘要: 我國風力規範中之風場特性係參考美國ASCE-7訂定,未能適切反應本土風場特性。本研究透過實場量測與風洞模擬,探討台灣地區不同地況在強風作用時之近地表風場特性。實場量測使用超音波風速計進行定點風速量測,以光達進行風場遙測,分別在颱風與東北季風季節,進行平均風速剖面與紊流特性的實場量測。為了彌補實場量測的侷限性,本研究以實場量測結果為依據,執行風洞模擬實驗,得到不同地況的紊流特性。本文除了探討颱風與季風的風場特性異同之外,得到了代表都市、鄉鎮及平坦等三種地況的平均風速剖面與紊流特性,可作為未來修定風力規範的重要參考。透過量測數據與風力規範的比較得知:現行風力規範定義之紊流強度明顯偏大,會導致擾動風荷載過於保守。
    The wind field parameters in Taiwan wind code were adopted from ASCE-7, and they cannot truly represent Taiwan's local wind characteristics. This paper investigates atmospheric boundary layer characteristics at three typical terrain categories in Taiwan, namely, city center, medium size town and open country. Both Lidar and ultrasonic anemometers were used in the field monitoring program to measure the mean wind speed profiles and turbulence features during typhoon and monsoon seasons. To augment the restriction of field monitoring program, scaled topographic models of field monitoring sites were constructed in wind tunnel, and simulated turbulent boundary layers were measured. Besides studying the differences of wind characteristics between monsoon wind and typhoon, this research has established the local wind field parameters of three typical terrains for future wind code revision. The turbulence intensity suggested in the current Taiwan wind code is noticeably higher than both field and wind tunnel data, and that would lead to a conservative estimation of design wind loads, needs to be revised.
