    Abstract: 本研究探討電聚合聚苯胺(EP)/溶−凝膠(SG)雙層膜對SAE 1018 鋼片的防銹效果。溶−
    凝膠溶液含有苯胺、TEOS 以及 PMMA。首先以電聚合聚苯胺於鋼片上,再以旋轉塗佈法
    將溶−凝膠溶液均勻覆蓋於其表面,即為EP/SG 雙層膜。實驗條件包含電聚合聚苯胺時間、
    溶−凝膠溶液反應時間、所含的PMMA 克數與旋轉塗佈時間。試驗結果顯示最佳防銹膜的
    膜厚為5.9 μm,附著力測試結果其脫落面積小於5%,硬度為9 H,開路電位測試結果顯示
    其腐蝕電位比裸鋼高出0.340 V,相當於將腐蝕速率由0.097 mm/y 降低至0.010 mm/y。
