Hayashi Shihei<1738-1793>, a samurai of Sendai Domain, who wrote "Fukeikunn" in 1786.This is a research focus on 'father and brother's mistakes' from "Fukeikunn". He thought that they have three mistakes when they teach their children and brothers: "do not know moralities", "spoil", "lecture", and he also made same solutions. He hoped that qualified personnel will be trained through reform of education. He suggested from the father's knowing and changing their mistakes can promote the social reform.
