Abstract: This study aims to construct career capital indicators for college students to accumulate their employability. This study applied two stages approach to build the indicator system. In the first stage, we selected 17 experts to review the indicators, and transform the data by fuzzy statistics for selecting the indicators. The second stage, we selected 512 graduates from different universities as target groups, with sampling error 4.3%, to express their opinions on their career capital. The data analysis techniques include factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). As a result, the purposed 21 career capital indicators can be divided into four dimensions: career confidence, career network, career attitude, career knowledge. The SEM indicates the two-factor career capital system for college students is the fittest model. The result reveals the most influenced factors for the graduates are “career confidence” and “career network”. This study will provide an example to solve the issue of unemployment.
