Learning effectiveness has long been the focus of students’ parents and school teachers. It has also been the focus of students and parents of music-talented class. In addition, compared to general students, it costs more educational resources and funds for music-talented class students to complete their education. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors affecting the learning effectiveness of music-talented class students, as well as how to improve learning effectiveness. This study mainly investigates the learning effectiveness for technical subjects of music-talented class students in elementary schools. This study used the research methods of system dynamics to develop the model of relevant factors affecting the learning effectiveness for technical subjects of music-talented class students in elementary schools and performed dynamic simulation, in order to investigate which one of the variables affecting the learning effectiveness of music-talented class students has the most significant effect, as well as the relationship between various variables and learning effectiveness of technical subjects. It is hoped that this study can obtain general knowledge and understanding of the learning behavior for technical subjects of music-talented class students in elementary schools, and provide them as reference for experts in academic circles. It is also hoped that this study may be beneficial to parents and students.
