    Abstract: 目前在台灣本土化ITS知識圖譜之電子資料庫文件擷取上並不如英文具有的自動搜尋、擷取與語意辨別功能,目前仍須藉由人工蒐尋、讀取、判斷與解釋來完成台灣ITS知識文件摘要自動化產生功用。本研究主要為研發ITS電子文獻中實作事件與問題解決之中文資訊擷取技術,以支援未來陸續建成之ITS知識系統,整合以案例為基礎之推論方法與文件探勘的技術,提供適當的問題(事件)管理之知識支援。 本研究擬針對已建立之ITS中文電子文獻檔案,以關鍵詞為文件資料分類方法之基本原則,視可供查詢或搜尋ITS文獻資料庫之分佈情形,發展出自動中文資訊擷取技術;最後則以圖譜可視化呈現分類結果與文件摘要資訊產生初步結果,期能輔助國內政府、運輸領域研究人員與營運業者分析ITS領域之未來發展,對產官學三方皆具相當的研究貢獻與價值。 具體工作項目包括: 1. 彙整與分析目前國內外在ITS知識文件語意網與中文資訊擷取方法現況與未來 發展。 2. 建立本土化ITS學科文獻之主題聚類之通用分類準則。 3. 運用文件挖掘與最適中文擷取技術,提出ITS通用知識文摘產生器之雛型架構。 4. 撰寫應用程式並連結ITS知識圖譜可視化軟體 (如:Citespace、Ucinet)。 5. 進行學者專家意見調查,確認此雛型架構之適用性。 6. 預測台灣ITS學術發展方向並研提可行之發展策略。
    Having surveyed on Taiwan’s available ITS database, it is found that there are no automatic Chinese information extraction systems for these ITS database providing for scientists, analysts and policy-makers to visualize ITS knowledge mapping when they try to understand new trends, breakthroughs or development of ITS knowledge domains in Taiwan. The purposes of this study aim at developing an automatic Chinese information extraction technique which can be used to search, extract, cluster and digest relevant ITS electronic documents in Taiwan. A preliminary prototype of automatic ITS abstract generator will be proposed as well. The main outcomes of this study are: 1. To summarize knowledge mapping and semantic literatures relating to ITS worldwide. 2. To construct classification principles for Chinese ITS document information extraction systems. 3. To explore an automatic Chinese information extraction technique. 4. To develop a prototype of an automatic ITS document abstract generator in term of system architecture design. 5. To demonstrate Taiwan’s ITS knowledge mapping using the proposed information extraction system with empirical surveys.
