摘要:	在此計畫中，我們嘗試探討美國超額工作機會重新配置率在各州之間相似性與異質性，特別的是此計畫將超額工作機會之重新配置因素切割為國家、地區與州等三要素，此結果將幫助我們了解勞動市場隨者景氣循環重新結構的過程。其次，此計畫亦思考小型與大型企業超額工作機會重新結構過程的要素，此研究亦將幫助我們深入了解小型企業在勞動市場重新結構過程所扮演的角色。 In this Project, we investigate whether the similarity and disparities of U.S. excess job reallocation rate across states over the business cycle. In particular, we decompose the excess job reallocation into national and state allocative components that aims to improve the understanding the labor market restructure process over time. Moreover, we explore the driving force behind the excess job reallocation from a perspective of establishment size. This exercise will enable to provide interesting insights about the dynamics of small business in the labor market restructure process.
