    Abstract: 本計畫旨在應用空間統計方法,用以估計物種豐富度於出現與否地圖上。文獻上已發展數種方法來解決此問題,但大多數未考慮其空間上的相關性。本計畫將提出一個利用核密度估計之半參數方法,可解釋物種分配在空間上的變異。此新方法之估計表現,將透過模擬與以往方法做比較,最後呈現一實例分析。
    This research is intended to apply spatial statistical approaches to estimate species abundance from presence-absence map. Several methods have been developed to solve this problem, but most of them do not take account of spatial dependence. A new semi-parametric method is developed based on kernel density estimation. It can describe the spatial variation of species distribution. The estimation performance of the proposed method is compared with previous methods through simulation. An application is demonstrated.
