    Abstract: 一般所有存活分析中都是假設事件時間是易感受性,也就是假設每事件必然發生。 在臨床試驗中,這樣的假設對長期存活資料並不適當。由於醫學研究的發展, 區間設 限資料在臨床試驗研究上被廣泛收集。在這樣的試驗中,每位研究對象的病人都是週期 性的被檢驗或觀察,因此我們可以視事件時間為某段確定的時間,稱之為區間設限時 間。在這一個計畫中,我們將針對事件未必發生(不易感受性)及事件發生時間為區間設 限資料建立轉換模型來處理,此法提供一彈性模型避免直接選取某迴歸模型的問題。我們 將針對HDSD (Ma, 2010)資料做進一步分析說明。
    Mixed case interval censored data arise when the event time of interest is only known to lie in an interval. In these cases; each study subject is examined or observed periodically. In this project, we consider a general class of semiparametric transformation with cure subgroup, where subjects in this subgroup are not susceptible to the event of interest. We study complete-data full likelihood of this two-part model. We will conduct simulations and analyze the HDSD study using the proposed approach.
