    Abstract: 臺北市公務人員訓練處,肩負臺北市各公務機關人員培訓之重任,期望透過縝密規劃之訓練,使市府公務人員除專業智能之外,也具備宏觀視野、人文關懷和敏銳的洞察力,以建構高品質、高效能的市府團隊。期間運用各式訓練班,培育並加強人才能力。為配合臺北市公務人員訓練處,針對科長級主管之培訓方向,故將評鑑中心法,導入科長級主管之訓練課程,並透過相關研究方法及歸納分類,可將科長所必要組成具備之條件、能力等做一評級,佐以其他評測方法,將其結果模組化,並建立臺北市政府評鑑中心的標準作業程序,亦做為科長級主管之人才培訓、測評、考核及遴選的工具及重要指標。
