    摘要: 認識瓜地馬拉與台灣外交政策的歷史演進是十分重要的，一方面，為了推測及瞭解相關政策在優勢上的影響力；另一方面，為了凸顯國家在對外政策方面制訂明確方針及目的(基於潛力及能力)之重要性，以期在國際場合獲得具體實際的成果。
    Is important the knowledge of the historical evolution of the foreign policy of Guatemala and the Republic of China is fundamental, first, to infer and understand the factors that have influenced the priority which is given to the policy; and second, to characterize the importance that representing for the State, to formulate a foreign policy with clear guidelines and objectives that enable to achieve results in the international community.
