    Abstract: 本研究主要是利用線性規劃的方法及經濟學中的供需理論,來探討以淨水廠為供給的主要來源,在台灣地區的民生用水用水量與水價上的相互關係與變化影響。
    研究中所使用的變數來源以水源、水價為主,水源以台灣自來水公司十二區管理處出水量,水價則以台灣自來水公司公布水價9元為主,藉由最佳化的方式,再配合經濟學的供需理論「價格與需求量成反比」之關係式。
    由結果中可以發現,根據供需理論所推算出的數據,而當水價提高,用水量就會減少,而在不同水價由最佳化的處理後,發現水價愈高,總收入愈多,當然證明了以價制量的觀點,但是我們需要的是政府在總收入的狀況下,人民也能節約用水。在水資源使用量上,得到了雙贏的局面是我們台灣現在要朝的方向邁進。
    The purpose of this study is to obtain the maximum total profit by using the linear programming and supply and demand theory in economics.
    Water price to announce with government water price $ 9,using the optimization, calculate in different water price, the largest gross incomes asked out,cooperate with the supply and demand theory of economics “price and demand, in the form of relation that inverse ratio.”
    The results can be found, according to the theory of supply and demand are projected out of the data, and when the price of water increased water consumption will be reduced, while the price of water at different post-optimized by the handle, found that the higher the price of water, the more total revenue of course in order to prove that the system volume price point of view, but we need a government in a situation of total income, the people can save water. On the amount of water, has been a win-win situation is what we now towards Taiwan''s direction.
