    Abstract: 本研究主要探討陶瓷與空間之關係,經過建築、藝術家、傳統製陶的案例分析所
    獲得啟發,並結合參數化設計工具的輔助,思考陶瓷由概念發想到原型製作的設計方法。透過系列陶瓷設計製作的過程與經驗,以發展一套參數化陶構件整合生產為目標,以不同構築方式為概念發展一系列的空間原型。

    設計過程主要分為設計流程與生產流程兩個階段:

    階段一主要探討透過幾何形式研究和數學關係研究,找出模型的幾何關係與數學邏輯,利用數位模型軟體透過運算邏輯元件控制,取得可調整的參數規則與關聯過程。利用參數化數學思維所回饋的模型進一步思考,經過反覆的檢討最後找出一種主要的構成方式並以其他衍生及組構方法輔助,產生出設計者可用來評估與實際調整組構的數位模型。

    階段二探討從設計流程所得到的生產原型到工業生產的製作過程,利用設計流程
    中透過數位製造方式所產生出的可工業化製成模型進行討論,以設計的方向,用途
    和對象選擇適合的生產方式。生產方式確認後因生產方式的不同進而有不同的成型
    規範,利用這些成型規範檢視已測試產生的可工業化生產模型,再透過檢討其接合
    界面之可行性,將模型調整至可生產的模具模型。最終經上述檢討及反覆測試後將
    產品量產生產,達到工業製程的階段。

    藉由本研究對於陶瓷設計流程的探討以及空間轉化的過程,除了發展出具有 個人風格特色的陶瓷作品,也提供了對於陶瓷與空間設計的不同思考面向。希望 藉由本研究嘗試,提供後續研究者能夠繼續發展以不同設計領域的思考方式與概 念,發展有趣的建築與空間的形式。
    The research is predominantly to explore the relationship between ceramic and space. Inspired by the works from architecture, art and traditional ceramic, this research is developed with the parametric design tool from concept to prototype. Through the methodology of production and experiences, the task is to expand a series of parametric ceramic unit and integrate diverse constructed technique into a series of spatial prototype.

    The design process is divided into two parts, including the design and the production method.The digital model is controlled by mathematic geometrically logic and parametric modeling. The mental concept in construction method for digital prototype is integrated on tectonic experience and algorithm.From time to time, the experimental feedback help us evaluate the digital prototype working in real.

    The second part focus on the design methodology from prototype to product. The design methodology using rapid prototyping model to industrial product discuss manufacture possibility. the manufacture method follow idea of prototype and it make the fabricated criteria. the method is discussed the insulation between different material. Finally, methodology accept in industrial manufacturing rule.

    The research according to the design methodology through spatial transformation developed individual ceramic work. it not only give different thinking for ceramic tectonic but also give different concept in design field, developing interesting space in the future.
