Organization updates, adjusts and modifies itself with the changing of the external environment and new technology, while business process and regulations still stay in the status quo. The communication of each pary, processes of its own and detailed processes of other parties will be gradually improved by applying to ECRS analysis. There are two characteristics of “multi-interaction collaboration process” :First, it needs appropriate tools to describe the communication behavior.Second, it needs to wait for response of relative information from the other party to continue the next process or activity.
The multi-interaction collaboration process includes interactive communication behaviors, which can be described via the Dynamic System Chart. Examine and break through the bottleneck of it will enhance the throughput of business.
