    Title: 創新型態對創新活動需求程度之關聯性研究 : 以台灣製造業與服務業為例

    Abstract: 現今不論企業規模大小為何,若想要有新的突破與發展,皆需透過創新來增強企業的實力,在全球化的競爭環境中,創新活動儼然成為企業追求進步、永續發展的必經歷程。
    有鑑於此,本研究根據行政院國家科學委員會於2011年所舉辦之「台灣地區第三次產業創新活動調查研究計畫」的問卷調查資料,經由文獻彙整與回顧,提出台灣企業之「技術創新」與「非技術創新」對「創新活動需求程度」的關係模式,並應用結構方程模式進行檢測與探討;其次,進一步利用多群組分析企業特性在「主要市場」與「企業型態」和業務特性的「業務型態」與「主要合作單位」等之群組上,對台灣企業創新活動需求程度關係模式是否具有調節效果與影響程度。
    經由分析的結果顯示,研究中所提之關係模式於各項衡量指標上皆具不錯的適配度,且「技術創新」與「非技術創新」皆正向影響台灣企業的「創新活動需求程度」,研究結果證明技術與非技術創新對創新活動需求程度皆具有中度影響效果。同時,「產品創新」的影響性相對高於「製程創新」;「組織創新」的影響性相對高於「行銷創新」。
    此外,研究中亦發現,在「主要市場」、「企業型態」、「業務型態」與「主要合作單位」等之群組上,對台灣企業創新活動需求程度關係模式皆具有顯著的調節效果。其中,在「技術創新」對「創新活動需求程度」的路徑上,國內市場(台灣)、國外市場、單一型企業、製造業、市場及非營利機構群組等的台灣企業族群之調節效果具顯著性;在「非技術創新」對「創新活動需求程度」的路徑上,國外市場、單一型企業、製造業、企業內部與研發群組等的台灣企業族群之調節效果具顯著性。
    In recent years, if enterprises in Taiwan want to have a new breakthrough and development, they must enhance their strength through innovation. In the competitive environment of globalization, innovation activities has become the pursuit of progress, sustainable development way. Therefore, we refer to 2011 the National Science Council of Taiwan-“The Third Industrial Innovation Survey in Taiwan Area”, through the compilation and review of the literature, propose a causal model that linking three factors: “technology innovation”, “non-technological innovation” and “requirements for innovation activities” in this study. Besides, by the multiple-group analysis, this study confers on whether different groups of “enterprise characteristics” and “business characteristics” will interfere in the causal model or not.
    The results of the analysis show that:(1)The causal model has good model fits and explanatory abilities, therefore, technology innovation and non-technological innovation has positive effect on requirements for innovation activities. At the same time, the impact of “product innovation” is higher than “process innovation” relatively; the impact of “organization innovation” is higher than “marketing innovation” relatively.(2)The study also found that “major markets” and “enterprise types” of the enterprise characteristics, “business types” and “main collaborators” of business characteristics on the causal model with a significant regulates. Besides, the group of domestic market(Taiwan), foreign markets, single enterprise manufacturing industries , market and non-profit organizations has effects respectively on the path of “technology innovation” unto “requirements for innovation activities”; the group of foreign markets, single enterprise, manufacturing industries and internal R&D has effects respectively on the path of “non-technology innovation” unto “requirements for innovation activities”.
