    Abstract: 隨著科技與生活品質快速發展,3C電子產品求輕薄短小,由於鋰離子電池具備自放電率低,高能量密度,長壽命使用期限等特性,因此現在所有可攜式3C電子產品幾乎都使用鋰離子電池。
    The size of 3C portable electronic products become lighter, thinner, shorter, and smaller due to the rapid progress of technology and life. Because the high energy density, long life cycle, and low self-discharge rate characteristics, lithium battery is widely used and we can see them in all kinds of portable 3C devices.
    The demand of lithium-ion battery is significantly high in today’s world.
    In Taiwan , although the industry of lithium-ion battery assembly is relatively prosperous, battery cell, which is one of the key material in supply chain, highly depends on the import from Japan, Korea and China. Through the investigation of Taiwan’s current industrial situation of lithium-ion battery applied to notebook , the purpose of the research is to figure out practical strategies on how to use the advantages of Taiwan to face the competitive worldwide battery industry and be adaptable to the fluctuating market demand.
    In this study,data related Notebook industry operating conditions and lithium battery industry in Taiwan are gathered first. Then through
    five forces analysis, SWOT analysis, market segmentation strategies analysis, and interviewing with experts in the related field are followed. Finally, after compiling and analyzing the survey results, viable competitive strategy recommendations are provided to lithium battery industry in Taiwan for strategic planning reference.
