    Abstract: 本論文之研究係以N團體之團體保險對員工福利整合關係研究,深入探討跨國企業如何透過團體保險計畫的運作機制,節省員工福利成本並提高人力資源管理上的效率。但同時因為屬於個案研究,所以相關研究文獻較為貧乏及偏頗,在實證內容方面,則是對於國際共保組織在各國家營運上帶來的優勢之研究發現:參與國際共保組織的公司因應母公公要求,所以較重視團險福利計畫的整合,因此強化了外商公司參與國際共保計畫後,藉由員工團體保險福利的整合,達到有效率的管理價值。
    針對分析做出結論:
    一、團體保險業務因為保費量較少,對於保險公司而言是屬於策略性且具公關屬性的業務。
    二、具有國際共保組織的團險外商客戶,在不會增加成本且優惠的核保條件因素下,對於外商公司內部行政作業上,可以達到減少人力成本的有效管理。
    三、此外透過國際共保組織的整合可以幫助外商客戶的管理階層,可藉由團體保險的規劃一併整合員工其他的福利制度。

    2. Client who joins in International Network Pool would be under flex underwriting and lower expense
    3. International Network Group Pool play an important role for international client to intergrade of Employee Benefit.
