    Abstract: 供應鏈融資服務不同於傳统的銀行融资產品,其創新點是抓住大型優質企業穩定的供應鏈,圍繞供應鏈上下游經營規範、資信良好、有穩定銷售渠道和回款資金來源的企業進行產品設計,以大型核心企業為中心,選擇資質良好的上下游企業作為商業銀行的融資對象,這種業務既突破了商業銀行傳統的評級授信要求,也無須另行提供抵押擔保,切實解决了中小企業融資難的問題。藉由供應鏈應收帳款線上融資業務策略來提升企業金融放款品質。
    本研究藉由一特定為個案研究探討對象,對個案C銀行以供應鏈應收帳款線上融資策略來達成台灣銀行業企業金融放款品質最高的銀行策略進行研究。採用Lin and Pao (2004)提出之策略管理架構,歸納出企業競爭策略形成之重要相關因素,以提供證券產業相關參考。本研究採個案研究法,透過國內外相關文獻探討、初級資料及次級資料的蒐集,歸納結論如下:
    一、在企業使命陳述之下,綜合內部環境、外部產業環境及總體環境的分析評估後,歸納出C銀行策略形成之重要考量因素:在內部環境面為「顧客導向、作業e化」,在外部產業環境面為「籌資成本低、企業金融訊息優勢」,在總體環境面為「兩岸和諧、產業群聚」。總結前述三大重要因素,形成個案銀行之策略係「實質交易之自償性還款」來達成使命陳述。
    二、以個案C銀行之使命陳述—「成為台灣銀行業企業金融放款品質最高的銀行」,評估其內部環境、外部產業環境及總體環境,歸納出該銀行適合以供應鏈應收帳款線上融資業務策略來達成其「實質交易之應收放款品質」之策略。
    Supply chain financing services differs from traditional bank financing products, the innovation is to seize large high-quality corporate stable supply chain, upstream and downstream supply chain operations around the norms, good credit, a stable sales channels and corporate funding sources of payment for product designed to large enterprises as the core of the center, choose well-qualified as a finance object on the downstream business of commercial banks, which broke through the commercial banking business both traditional credit rating requirements, there is no need to provide alternative collateral to effectively solve the financing of SMEs difficult problem. With online accounts receivable financing business supply chain strategies to enhance the quality of financial loans.
    This study is a case study to explore a particular object of the case C online bank accounts receivable financing supply chain strategies to achieve Taiwan''s banking corporate finance bank lending highest quality strategic research. Using Lin and Pao (2004) proposed strategic management framework, summarized the important factors in the formation of corporate competitive strategy to deliver the securities industry related reference. This study used the case study method to explore through the relevant literature, primary data and secondary data collection, conclusions are summarized as follows:
    First, under the corporate mission statement, after a comprehensive internal environment, external environment and industry analysis to assess the overall environment, summarized important considerations C Bank strategy formation: In the face of the internal environment is "customer-oriented operation of e ''in external industry environment as "low financing costs, the advantages of corporate financial information," the overall environmental aspect as "cross-strait harmony, industry clusters." Summarize three important factors mentioned above, the formation of "self-liquidating transactions in real terms of repayment," the bank''s strategy is to achieve the mission of the case statement.
    Second, the mission statement of the case C Bank - "became the highest quality Taiwanese banking corporate finance lending banks'' assessment of its internal environment, external environment and the overall industry environment, summed up the bank accounts receivable line suitable for supply chain financing business strategies to achieve its strategies, "the substance of the transaction receivable loan quality."
