    Abstract: 本文建構一個兩國兩財一要素的內生成長模型來比較進口關稅與配額的優劣。假設兩國的差異只來自生產力的不同，在合理的參數空間下，我們發現關稅下的長期經濟成長率低於配額下的經濟成長率。
    We compare import tariff with quota in a two-country two-good one-factor endogenous growth model. Assume the only difference in both countries is the production coefficients. We find that the long-run economic growth rate under tariff is smaller than that under quota.
