    Abstract: 本研究以2009年1月1日至2013年12月31日之資料探討30家半導體相關產業,取其季資料,並以縱橫資料(Panel Data)的形式,採用Gonzalez, Teräsvirta and van Dijk (2004, 2005)所推導出的縱橫平滑移轉模型,以研究與開發費用率變數做為門檻變數,探討其對半導體相關產業的經營績效所造成的影響。以近四季連續性每股盈餘衡量半導體相關產業的經營績效的指標,藉由研究與開發費用率做為移轉變數的實證研究,並進一步評估財務指標影響半導體相關產業績效的程度,在不同研究與開發費用率下檢測公司設立時間、存貨週轉率、產權比率和稅後淨利增長率對半導體相關產業經營績效所造成的影響。
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the ratio of research and Development Expenditures on the
    operation performance of Semi-Conductor Related Industries by using panel smooth transition regression model which introduced by Gonzalez, Teräsvirta and van Dijk (2004, 2005). Our samples consist of 30 Semi-Conductor Related Industries during the period of 2009 to 2013. Indicators like earning per share for past one year is used to measure the operation performance. This empirical study will apply the ratio of research and development expenditures as transfer variables. Furthermore, it uses established time, inventory turnover ratio, equity ratio, net profit growth rate after tax, to estimate how these variables influence the operation performance of Semi-Conductor Related Industries.
