    Abstract: 本研究以問卷調查法為主,文獻探討及文件分析法為輔,探討國防部政治作戰教育訓練中心正規班畢業學員之學習滿意度。本研究之問卷調查,係以自編之「國防部政治作戰教育訓練中心正規班課程學員學習滿意度問卷調查表」為研究工具,針對2013年正規班全體畢業學員為研究對象進行調查。本研究問卷有關學習滿意度之調查係分從四構面進行—含課程設計、教材內容、教師教學、及學習環境等四構面。本研究調查所得資料採用SPSS20.0統計分析軟體進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析。調查問卷共發出120份,扣除無效問卷,回收有效樣本共118份,回收率為98.3%。本研究獲得之結論可歸納為:
    一、學員對正規班進修教育之整體學習滿意度對「教師教學」構面最為滿意。
    二、學員對正規班進修教育之整體學習滿意度對「課程設計」最不滿意。
    三、學員對正規班進修教育之整體滿意度在「學習環境」構面雖尚可稱持正面看法,但學員意見有兩極化情形出現。
    四、學員對正規班進修教育之「教材內容」較持保留態度。
    本研究並根據研究結論分別針對國防部政治作戰教育訓練中心、授課教師、後續研究提出建議,以供參考。
    This study mainly, via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey, as well as literature review and document analysis, aims to explore the learning satisfaction of the trained officers in the Captains Career Course, Political Warfare Education and Training Center, Ministry of National Defense in 2013. In so doing, a self-designed questionnaire, in which questions were divided into four dimensions, was used as the research tool, and all 120 trained officers completing training in the Center in 2013 were investigated. The four dimensions of questions were: the teaching of teachers, the design of curriculum, the content of teaching, and the environment of learning. Based on the result of 118 valid returned questionnaires, which accounts for the valid response rate of 98.3%, the main conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows:
    1. The dimension of the teaching of teachers gained the highest degree of satisfaction of trained officers.
    2. The highest degree of un-satisfaction of trained officers was the dimension of the design of curriculum..
    3. The trained officers were, on the whole, satisfied with the dimension of the environment of learning, but attitudes of some trained officers went to the extremes.
    4. The trained officers held conservative or hesitant attitudes towards the dimension of the content of teaching.
    Based on the findings of the study, related suggestions to the Warfare Education and training Center, MND, the teachers, and future studies were proposed correspondingly for the reference of reform or improvement of teaching in the future.
