    Abstract: 本研究旨在了解臺北市國民小學教務處行政決定運作與組織效能之現況,並針對不同教務處人員背景變項(包含性別、年齡、兼任行政職務、兼任行政年資、教育程度、學校規模等六項)在行政決定運作與組織效能之差異情形及其影響。
    本研究方法以問卷調查法為主。以臺北市國民小學教務處為調查對象,並參酌相關文獻形成研究架構,而編製成「臺北市國民小學教務處行政決定運作與組織效能關係之研究調查問卷」。經由問卷調查蒐集到有效問卷268份,分別以敘述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關及迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析與處理。
    本研究納結論如下:
    1.在行政決定模式方面,得分最高為參與決定模式,顯示參與決定模式極為重要;在行政決定影響因素方面,得分最高為組織影響因素,顯示組織影響因素極為重要。
    2.在組織效能方面,得分最高為組織目標達成,顯示組織目標達成極為重要。
    3.臺北市國民小學教務處行政決定與組織效能具有顯著的相關。
    4.臺北市國民小學教務處行政決定對組織效能具有預測力。
    最後,根據本研究結果,提出具體建議,供教育行政主管機關、臺北市國民小學教務處,以及未來研究之參考。
    This research aimed to understand the situation of the relationship between organization effectiveness and administrative decision making of academic affairs office in elementary schools in Taipei City nowadays. And it was used to research on the various variables of personal background (including sex, age, educational level, year of service, position, school type, full time and part time, public and private.) of academic affairs in the administrative decision-making and organizational effectiveness and its impact on the differences.
    Main research method of this research was survey. And the samples came from the academic affair office in Taipei City. The research was developed and distributed to the 268 copies of effective questionnaire. After collection of survey samples, the author put the raw datum into the models such as the descriptive statistics, t-test、analysis of variance (ANOVA)、Pearson correlation, and regression analysis, to run the procession of analysis.

    The results of the study showed that:
    1. In the administrative decision-making models, the highest score for the participation model, showing mode of participation is extremely important; in administrative decision-making affecting factors, the highest score for the organizational factors, suggest that organizational factors is extremely important.
    2. In organizational effectiveness, the highest score for the accomplishment of organizational targets, shows that organizational targets is extremely important.
    3. Administrative decision-making was significantly related to organizational effectiveness in academic affairs office in elementary schools in Taipei City.
    4. Administrative decision-making had prediction power to organizational
    effectiveness in academic affairs office in elementary schools in Taipei City.

    Finally, the results and the suggestions of the research also would be proposed to the policy of the Ministry of Education, academic affairs of elementary schools, and the future researchers.
