    摘要: 本研究旨在探討大學生社團參與與學習投入關係之情形。研究方法為問卷調查法,使用「淡江大學學生社團參與與學習投入關係之研究問卷」為研究工具,以淡江大學學生為實際調查對象進行施測,調查所得資料以描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析與Pearson積差相關等進行統計分析。調查問卷共發出1,105份,扣除無效問卷後,共得有效問卷1,016份,有效問卷回收率為91.95%。本研究主要發現如下:
    一、男性在「社團參與認知」表現較女性佳。
    二、家庭支持學生參加社團學生在社團參與表現明顯高於反對者。
    三、參加社團數量兩個以上之學生在社團參與認知上表現優於參與一個社團者。
    四、學生在社團擔任顧問、負責人及幹部在社團參與行為上表現優於社員。
    五、住學校宿舍以及在校外租屋者學生在社團參與表現優於與父母同住者。
    六、理工學院學生在學習投入表現層面與整體學習投入比商管學生高;互動層面人文學院學生表現優於商管學院學生
    七、擔任幹部、負責人、顧問者在學習投入情感方面表現較社員佳;擔任幹部者,在互動表現上也優於社員、負責人與顧問。
    八、住學校宿舍及與父母同住者在學習投入表現層面優於在外租屋者
    九、大學生社團參與與學習投入具有中度正相關的關聯程度
    本研究依據研究結論,提出對教育行政主管機關、學校、家長、與後續研究之建議,以作為參與社團學生與學習投入相關研究之參考。
    The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between university students’ extracurricular activities involvement and learning engagement. The “Questionnaire on the Extracurricular Activities Involvement and Learning Engagement of Tamkang University Students” is used as a research tool to collect information from Tamkang University students. Data are analyzed using statistical methods including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. A total of 1,105 questionnaires were distributed, with 1,016 valid responses, attaining a valid response rate of 91.95%. The important discoveries of this research are as follows.
    1.Male students are more involved in the cognitive aspect of extracurricular activities involvement than female students.
    2.Students whose family support their participation in extracurricular activities are more involved in extracurricular activities than those whose family oppose their participation.
    3.Students who participate in two or more student clubs are more cognitively involved in extracurricular activities than those who participate in just one club.
    4.Students who are advisors, presidents or officers of student clubs are more involved in extracurricular activities than their peers.
    5.Students who live in dormitories or off-campus rental housing are more involved in extracurricular activities than students who live with their parents.
    6.Students majoring in science and engineering are more engaged in the performance aspect of learning engagement than students majoring in business and management.
    7.Students who are advisors, presidents and officers of student clubs are more engaged in the emotional aspect of learning engagement than other student club members. Students who hold officer roles are also more engaged in the interaction aspect of learning engagement than student club members, presidents and advisors.
    8.Students who live in dormitories and who live with parents are more engaged in learning than students who rent off-campus housing.
    9.A moderate positive correlation is found between student extracurricular activities involvement and learning engagement.
    Based on the conclusions, this research provides suggestions for educational authorities, university faculty, parents, and future researchers.
