    Abstract: 市場是從以前就出現的產物,可是隨著時代的進步,交通形式的改變與捷運的進駐,人們越來越嚮往鄰近捷運站周邊的生活圈。新的購物型態改變,捷運地下街與大型商圈的構成,人們只想要輕鬆吹冷氣逛街,不想要在外頭吹風曬太陽,所以人群開始遠離街道生活。



    The market from ago is result, but with progress of the times, transportation and MRT change. people are increasingly desire around the life circle near the MRT station. A new shopping types change, the MRT underground street business circle with a large structure, people just want a comfortable place to go shopping,don’t want battered by the wind and the rain in outsid, so people began to stay away from street life.

    The urban redrawing, dividing the building into business area and residential area.the market with people''s lives and cut off.people lifestyle has change.They don’t go to market in the morning, choosing instead to to sleep point to extra sleep. Although it will go out for a walk with his family at the weekend,but approach no extra space can be people walks and stranded on the ground, they choose the MRT street walked pass the time.

    Most buildings is a mixed use in Taipei, european and American cities lacks the diversity, urban sustainable development as a continuum, so that a mixture of experience, heavy originally horizontal manner, change to vertical mix type of life urban lifestyle close to complex type of use, the building is not a single life in the city meet the needs of of a community, we must be able to contain two to three kinds the periphery groups use . Otherwise, the buildings will die, and the positioning of the end in the city.

    Urban design should be complete within and outside the areas, Not only a single architecture itself, to emphasize spatial sequence, building can’t not as a single individual to operate, We must improve the precarious edge of the lost space and make them the opportunity to develop return, not disappear in the history and policy.
