    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討高中學生參與樂儀旗隊社團經驗與課業因應之情形。研究方法為問卷調查法,以台北市立第一女子高級中學參與學校樂儀旗隊社團活動的學生為研究對象。本研究自編之「社團參與經驗與課業壓力因應關係之問卷」為研究工具,調查所得資料以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、事後比較法、Pearson積差相關、迴歸分析等進行統計分析。調查問卷共發出289份,扣除無效問卷後,共得有效問卷260份,有效問卷回收率90.0%。本研究獲得之結論及所提出建議如下:
    壹、結論
    一、北一女中樂儀旗隊學生並不因為參與社團活動而影響學業成績。
    二、北一女中樂儀旗隊學生參與社團活動有助於增進人際關係及自我抗壓性。
    三、北一女中樂儀旗隊學生參與社團的課業壓力因應感受度會因父母的管教
    方式、班級成績及參加社團後的學業成績之不同而有所差異。
    四、北一女中樂儀旗隊學生參與社團的課業壓力因應採面對問題方式。
    五、北一女中樂儀旗隊學生參與社團經驗對其課業壓力因應具有影響力。
    貳、建議
    一、對學校單位和學校教師的建議
    (一)敦促學生參與社團、增進人際關係,適應課業帶來的壓力。
    (二)針對不同社團學習經驗以提供適切的輔導策略。
    (三)導正學生對於社團活動的刻板觀念。
    二、對未來研究者的建議
    增加質化研究的可行性:問卷調查無法針對個別的受試者作深入的瞭解,未來可以採取不同的研究方法;增加不同區域的研究對象:本研究以現行北一女中參與樂儀旗隊社團的二及三年級同學為研究對象,建議後續研究可將研究對象拓展至不同區域的高中,以增加研究結果的推論性。
    The purpose of this research is to investigate the coping relationship between the participation experiences in student clubs and academic stress for high school students. The designed questionnaire is used as the research tool to collect subjects from the students joining marching band, honor guard and color guard of Taipei First Girls High School. All the collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, post-hoc comparison method, Pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analysis, etc. The grand total provides 289 questionnaires, recycling 260 effective questionnaires, the effective questionnaire recycling rate is around 90.0%. The conclusions and suggections of this research are as follows.
    1.It does not affect students’ academic performance that they participate in club activities of marching band, honor guard and color guard of Taipei First Girls High School.
    2.It is helpful to improve students’ interpersonal relationships and stress resistance that they participate in club activities of marching band, honor guard and color guard of Taipei First Girls High School.
    3.The students’ perceptions of their academic stress caused by participating in club activities are different because of parenting style, peer competition, and their academic performance.
    4.The students joining marching band, honor guard and color guard of Taipei First Girls High School always face the academic problems caused by participating in club activities.
    5.The participation experiences in student clubs have a certain influence on the countermeasure of facing academic stress.
    Base on the conclusions, this research provides the following suggestions for the educational authorities, the schoolteachers, and those who will research further in the same domain.
    1.Encourage students to join clubs to improve their interpersonal relationships and adapt themselves to the academic stress.
    2.Correct the stereotypes about club activities due to students’ bias.
    3.The further research can extend the subjects to different high schools to consolidate the inference of research conclusions.
