    Abstract: 本計劃執行期間(2013.8.1 - 2015.7.31)預期完成三大研究主題 (A)新的合成反應方法和策略合成生物活性分子研究 (1)巴比艾爾型式(Barbier-type)反應 (2)加碳丙烯酮和加碳丙炔酮/胺的合成反應應用研究 (3)無鈀金屬試劑參與的催化偶合反應 (4)有機硼化物的簡易製備方法及其合成應用研究 (5) [2+2]-,[4+2]-環化反應合成p-胺基酯環化物研究 (B)新的合成方法和策略合成導電材料分子及其SAM應用研究 (1)研究合成哌咯(Pyrrole)、寡哌咯(Oligopyrrole)的新合成環反應方法 (2)研究合成雙芳香族(Biaryl)、雙雜環的新催化偶合反應 (3)多環芳香化合物和新型離子液體(Ionic Liquid)化合物的合成研究 (4)導電原子力顯微鏡(Conducting AFM)研究探討導電材料分子的自我組裝單層在 基材(金Au,玻璃,ITO Glass)的導電性質研究 所以此計畫預期達成之目標為: (A)—系列新的合成反應方法研究並應用於合成生物活性分子和導電材料分子。 (B)寡哌咯,芳香環-雜芳香環交錯化合物(導電材料分子)合成及其分子自我組裝單層 (SAM,Self-ssembly Monolayer)在基材(金 Au,玻璃,ITO Glass)奈米性質研究,這 一系列的新導電分子將應用在生物檢測儀器開發。
    The main purpose of this project is to developing: (A) Research on Developing New Synthetic Reactions and Methodologies for synthesis of biological active molecules and conducting material (1) Barbier-type reaction stuidies (2) Homoallyl ketone and homopropargyl ketone/amine application studies (3) Catalytic Self-Coupling and cross-coupling reactions without using palladium as catalyst. (4) Synthesis of organoborate compounds and theirs applications in organic synthesis (5) Synthesis of cyclic p-amino esters by [2+2]- and [4+2]-cycloaddition reactions (B) Studies of Nanostructural Properties for Self-ssembly Monolayer (SAM) of Linking Molecules on Gold or ITO Glass (1) Novel cyclization reactions for synthesis of pyrroles and oligopyrroles (2) Coupling reactions for synthesis of biaryls and bisheterocycles (3) Synthesis of polyaromatic compounds and new ionic liquids (ILs) (4) Study of conducting property of new self-assembly monolayer on ITO glass which was measured by conducting atomic force microscopy
