摘要:	在此研究計畫中，我們首先使用隨機邊界模型去探討台灣勞動市場效率之問題；其次，此研究應用追蹤共整合檢定去檢視Beveridge曲線的特性；最後此研究嘗試結合Beveridge曲線與工作機會創造曲線進一步探討台灣自然失業率的動態行為。研究結果將對台灣勞動市場之特性有進一步的了解並對相關失業政策具有實質貢獻。 In this Project we explore the labor market efficiency in Taiwan by employing a standard frontier approach. The Beveridge curve is investigated with the panel version of the Lagrange multiplier (LM) co-integration test. Finally, we attempt to study the behavior of the natural rate of unemployment via conjunction of the Beveridge curve and job creation. This Project provides potentially valuable insights into the labor market dynamics in Taiwan and also has important policy implications.
