Abstract:	本研究以深入訪談法，找出重度視障者透過盲用電腦軟體使用搜尋引擎時，因視覺障礙、盲用軟體的限制及搜尋引擎的設計不良，而造成操作不便之處。研究建議盲用軟體和網頁的設計該如何體貼視障使用者需求，並從教育觀點探討無障礙網頁普及前，如何教導視障者更順利地使用搜尋引擎。
