    Abstract: 射出成型塑膠光學鏡片已大量運用在各種電子用品及高科技產品中,而近年來對於鏡片的翹曲變 形、光彈條紋、雙折射、殘留應力等問題之要求也越來越高。由於塑膠高分子具有部分黏性與部分彈 性的性質,而黏彈效應在不同溫度與剪切變形等情況下,其表現出的特性均有所不同。本專題是探討 透過 Moldex3D 三維電腦模流分析軟體中的黏彈性分析模組,分別針對只考慮黏性及同時考慮黏彈性 時,之間的差異進行分析,尤其針對殘留應力所造成之光彈條紋與雙折射,以提升模流預測之準確性 進而提升產品品質。
