    Abstract: 本研究檢視遊客共同設計成果,發現四個關鍵因素涉及新的觀光旅遊服務共同設計。共同設計新的旅遊服務,以豐富的參與經驗是明顯的因素。同樣地,創新合作因素常導引遊客聚焦於觀光旅遊服務共同設計,被視為是相對重要的。其他影響服務共同設計因素包括遊客購買意圖,涉及觀光旅遊服務推薦與購買能力。忠誠信任因素有助於遊客了解共同設計如何被依賴及知覺信任。
