    Abstract: 美國FAA近期公佈了一份飛航諮詢通告,以提供更明確的機場鋪面承載能力評估程序。本研究首先將深入探討其原始發展原理,再探討所擬採用之等額起飛次數轉換與累積疲勞因子來計算PCN值之分析流程,與其可能對PCN值之影響。為確保評估法之一致性,本研究建議採用中央應力來做為PCN值之估算流程。本研究並建議採用B類別之路基強度與一架主降落輪重為90,000磅(400 kN)(雙輪型式)的標準機型,並據此建立一個可考慮或不考慮混合交通之改良式PCN分析流程,接著並以個案研究來說明現有PCN分析流程之潛在問題,以及本改良式PCN分析流程之優點。
