    Abstract: 一種玻璃預形體,包含一玻璃基材與形成於玻璃基材表面的保護膜,此玻璃基材為無機玻璃材料,而保護膜的材料具有金屬氧化物或金屬氮化物之成分,且此保護膜的平均膜厚不大於20奈米、膜厚的變異度不大於該平均膜厚的2%,避免玻璃預形體在熱壓成型時沾黏模仁表面,可提高模仁使用壽命,並提升光學玻璃元件產品之良率及品質。
