    Abstract: 本研究採扎根理論模式,透過深度訪談與開放性問卷調查,瞭解學校附幼園長和新移民幼兒家長對新移民幼兄教育的觀點和意見。研究發現:1.對現況知覺方面,a.新移民幼兒家長大多認為自己的孩子與一般幼兄並無不同;b.造成新移民幼兒教育問題的關鍵因素在國語能力;c.國語能力影響到新移民幼兒參與活動或遊戲的表現;d.國語能力影響新移民幼兒家長與老師問之互動與溝通。2.對現況反省方面,a.「消除」新移民幼兒優先入園的人數限制以及標籤化;b.「降低」新移民幼兒因語言隔閉的焦慮以及幼稚園使用語言種類;c.「提升」語文教學效果以及說聽的能力d.「創造」語言學習機會以及多元文化融合課程設計。
