Abstract:	通常我們說，校園是一塊淨土。《艋舺》一片上市，卻顛覆了這個說法。但務實地想，有人的地方一定有是非，絕對不會永遠風平浪靜。學校也不是天生的淨土，之所以成為淨土，是教育化人而來的。不是有很多人說，把好學生教會沒啥了不起，把壞學生教好才真正了不起。如何把壞學生教好，正是教師的挑戰。曾經頑皮的卡內基因繼母一句智慧的語言，而成為給別人自信、讓人們樂觀的人際關係學大師。身為教師，是最有機會成就他人的人，一言一行在在影響著許多學生，德行修養與智慧言語是非常必要。
