The Chinese traditional abstracts can be divided into zongshu, chuanlu and jilu. Jilu has
a long history. Concerning the origin of jilu, most scholars think that it comes from “Chu
Sancang jiji”. However, it should not be considered the first book, where jiju is used, and the
only origin. The appearance of jilu is connected with the academic thoughts at that time as
well as the maturity of types of documentation, such us jijie (collected commentaries), leishu,
etc. In the current article we will deal profoundly with jijie ..
