    Abstract: 教育不斷在改革，但老實說，教育發展與社會變遷還是有點脫節。技職教育向來配合國家社會發展來培育專業技術人才，應該給予更有彈性的制度；此外，還要時時配合世界發展趨勢提升教育品質，考量學生家長需求，促進學生生涯發展。此外， 我們應以更開放的心態， 積極培育更多元的人才，也設法留住更多菁英人才（不論中外）為臺灣服務。
