Abstract:	重創日本社會的東日本大震災（簡稱311，2011年3月11日發生），「改變」了日本民眾對「核能發電」的想法。其實311之前就有一群作家們積極從事相關議題的文學創作，表達理念。311之後柿谷浩一將相關議題的小說作品，彙整成《日本原發小說集》（2011年10月水聲社出版）一書出版，倍受重視。本論文主要探討該書中所收錄的5部作品。以今昔對比的手法對照出311之前與之後的日本原發小說書寫的差異。雖然311之前與之後出版的原發小說書寫，著力點各異其趣，但沿用烏爾利希・貝克（Ulrich Beck）主張「風險社會」的論說（risk society theory 1986年），並佐以生態學中常使用的巴里．康芒納（Barry Commoner）「封閉的循環」（The closing circle 1971年）的概念，來分析其中1部描繪未來較具特色，名為「鄰家的風車」的作品，藉此更清晰發現日本原發文學的書寫表面看似「改變」，而本質其實「不變」的事實。
