Abstract:	本研究主要目的在探討學校運動場館假設市場價值效益評估，以檢視學校運動場館非經濟效益之影響，並改善成本效益分析無法納入非經濟性影響效果之因素。本研究方法以自行發展之「學校運動場館條件評估問卷」進行問卷調查，針對北部某大學400名游泳館受訪者為樣本，透過條件評估法(contingent valuation method, CVM)之支付卡法為誘導支付工具，讓學校游泳館受訪者填寫願付價格(WTP)與願受補償(WTA)。結果顯示，游泳館受訪者在Probit、Logit與Tobit迴歸模型下，「平均每次使用時間」、「健康休閒認知」構面顯著影響學校運動場館非使用效益之WTP模型，學校每學期之運動場館之非使用效益價值約為9,274,953元至18,797,660元，每人平均願付價格落在311.47至631.26元之間。結論：學校運動場館管理者應制定合理之價格，並重視學校運動場館之使用品質與管理，以增加使用率，進而提升運動場館使用效率。
