      <description>title: 探討銀髮族使用行動點餐資訊系統使用意願之研究-以Uber Eats為例 abstract: 隨著台灣人口老化，銀髮族對行動點餐系統(如Uber Eats )的使用逐漸增加，然其在使用新興科技時可能面臨學習門檻與操作複雜性問題。本研究以科技接受模型(TAM)為基礎，探討主觀規範、工作相關性、輸出品質、結果展示性、形象及認知負荷等外部變數對知覺有用性、知覺易用性與使用意圖的影響，並考量自願性與經驗作為調節變數。透過問卷調查與結構方程模型(SEM)分析，結果顯示主觀規範、工作相關性、輸出品質及結果展示性顯著影響知覺有用性，認知負荷則對知覺易用性產生負向影響，且知覺有用性與知覺易用性皆正向影響使用意圖。希望本研究結果可作為行動點餐平台開發者與政府主管機關在系統設計與行銷策略上的參考，提升銀髮族對數位點餐服務的接受度，同時本研究也為數位餐飲系統的優化提出實務建議。

      <description>title: A Deep Learning Approach to Extract Integrated Meaningful Keywords from Social Network Posts with Images, Texts and Hashtags abstract: Using the social network services, users might create different types of content including numeric, textual and non-textual data objects. In the past, social network service providers mainly focus on numeric and textual content to understand their users and to provide them with related information or advertisements. However, the information behind the non-textual content has not been well considered. This research aims at extracting integrated meaningful keywords by jointly considering photo, text descriptions and hashtags to better reflect the meaning of the user-posted content. A deep learning approach with convolutional neural network methods that integrate ResNet-50 and Word2Vec models, as well as Dijkstra’s algorithm is proposed to extract the meaningful keywords. The well-trained ResNet-50 and Word2Vec models are applied respectively to gain the predicted classification labels of the image and to identify the co-occurrences among predicted classification labels of image, segmented words of text descriptions and hashtags. A multistage graph weighted with the pairs of co-occurrences of image, segmented words and hashtags is built and then, the Dijkstra’s algorithm is adapted to extract consistent keywords of the posted content with maximized cumulated weights. A simplified example is provided to illustrate the proposed approach for acquiring the integrated information embedded in the image, text and hashtags.

      <description>title: 針對台灣碳交易結合區塊鏈可行性之研究 abstract: 現今全球能源市場正處於一個轉型階段，傳統的中心化能源交易系統面臨著成本高昂的中心化數據庫建設和維護、數據被篡改後可能會導致嚴重後果，以及難以保障用戶隱私等三大挑戰。在這樣的背景下，越來越多的國家將目光轉向區塊鏈技術，以應對這些問題，特別是在碳權交易領域。然而，目前台灣碳交易仍然使用的是傳統的交易架構。因此，針對如何在台灣現有交易架構下有效的整合區塊鏈技術，已成為企業極需重視的議題。
本研究通過彙整區塊鏈相關文獻，梳理了在區塊鏈應用中的實際使用情況，透過對這些系統的組成進行了深入分析，並輔以專家訪談，了解專家對於碳交易結合區塊鏈的可行性之看法。根據初次訪談結果及文獻綜述，本研究設計了一個區塊鏈碳交易雛型系統。在系統建置完成後，進行專家使用心得訪談，彙整出雛型系統設計原則與改善建議，為下一代系統設計的可行參考依據。此外，本研究還會總出區塊鏈技術與碳交易結合的可行性分析，並為後續台灣政府對碳交易系統的設計流程提供建議。

      <description>title: 企業引入CMMC認證準備度資訊安全自評表研究 abstract: 在當前地緣政治和國際緊張局勢日益加劇的背景下，全球資訊安全風險逐步上升，對資訊安全的需求愈加迫切。在此情況下，美國於2019年發布了網絡安全成熟度模型認證（CMMC），旨在強化國防供應鏈的網路安全，並將此標準納入供應商評估過程中。該政策不僅影響美國企業，也對赴美設廠的全球企業產生深遠影響。面對日益緊張的國際形勢，台灣政府計畫引進CMMC認證，以加強國防供應鏈的資訊安全。當前，ISO 27001作為台灣廣泛採用的資訊安全管理主要標準，為許多企業提供了一套完整的資訊安全框架。因此，如何在ISO 27001標準架構下提前準備導入CMMC，已成為台灣企業需要重視的問題。
本研究透過文獻整理，匹配CMMC與ISO 27001相關的控制措施及CMMC官方文件建議的檢查項目，並輔以專家訪談蒐集專家對此匹配結果的意見，以了解目前台灣業界對於CMMC標準導入的看法。根據訪談結果與相關文獻統整後，研擬一份自評表。初步研擬自評表後，進行第二次專家訪談，驗證自評表是否能夠作為提高台灣企業合規CMMC認證準備度的工具，並收集專家對自評表後續修正的建議，作為未來CMMC自評表建構的參考依據。研究結果提供了實務評估中兩項標準之對應參照及重點檢查項目評估的自評表，並為後續研究CMMC自評表的製作及CMMC評估流程的步驟提供建議。

      <description>title: 金融業資訊安全在系統整合建置與導入階段之問題及解決方法探討-以錄音系統為例 abstract: 金融業本身產業特性與金管會資訊安全政策的規定，使其在建置新系統過程中必須考慮到更多資訊安全的限制。這些限制一方面會增加相關配合系統建置商的不確定性，也會影響系統建置完成之後的整個系統長期的維護過程。本研究從電話錄音系統的建置與導入為例，探討金融業在資訊安全角度，分析系統整合商建置與導入系統過程中各階段可能遭遇到的問題，以及因應的解決方式。有鑑於金融產業本身對資訊安全的要求較高，在系統委外過程中常遇到資訊安全與系統建置效率的兩難，本研究透過個案研究和行動研究法，具體分析五間金融業者委外建置錄音系統過程中所遭遇到的問題與解決方式。經過個案分析比較，研究結果發現影響系統建置的關鍵變項可分為ISO27001:2022國際資訊安全管理標準(84.7%)以及專案管理(15.3%)兩大問題領域，在資訊安全管理標準方面，金融業者的規模大小、金融業與系統整合商的合作模式是重要的影響關鍵。本研究發現雖然金融業對資訊安全要求較高，導致在系統委外過程中產生較多資訊安全管理的問題，但均可以透過專案管理方式解決，主要關鍵在於相關資安控管人員參與專案執行的程度，資安人員涉入專案程度越高越完整，可預防後續問題的發生也可進一步強化金融業委外建置的系統安全。

      <description>title: 基於安全開發生命週期探索滿足資訊安全要求交付物之研究 abstract: 本研究聚焦於安全開發生命週期交付物，旨在透過分析 ISO/IEC 27001:2022 和安全軟體開發框架的控制措施，定義各階段的資訊安全交付物。研究目標為取代現有組織內傳統安全開發生命週期各階段的控制措施和檢核表格，以符合專案交付的資訊安全需求。目前業界實務普遍參考資訊安全規範，定義及篩選各階段控制措施，並建立檢核表。在專案交付或稽核時，專案團隊會使用檢核表勾稽確認開發生命週期各階段是否依照定義實施控制措施。然而，實務上常遭遇資訊安全需求不明確、控制措施定義不一致、工作績效驗收困難等問題。本研究融合 ISO/IEC 27001:2022及安全軟體開發框架指引，從規範內的控制措施探索出安全性交付物。並將資訊安全交付物納入能力成熟度整合模型的流程改進進行審視，以確保專案開發過程中各階段的資訊安全交付物都能滿足達成資訊安全目標，並提升組織對安全開發的能力，進而提高產品的安全性和品質。此外，本研究透過專家深度訪談，完善研究結果，以確保符合資訊安全、專案管理和系統軟體開發領域規範。研究發現，資訊安全交付物之軟體物料清單應記載軟體程式碼、開源資料庫、第三方程式庫、模組等元件的版本、開發人員、組織、授權條款、依頼關係、漏洞和弱點。以提高軟體供應鏈安全和透明度，促進軟體合規性，組織及專案團隊必須在安全開發生命週期中全程對軟體物料清單進行監管，並隨時審視及更新。本研究提出的資訊安全交付物不僅能實現實務應用中的資訊安全目標，同時亦可提供專案管理上的量化績效依據。

The first step to retrieve information form Chinese article is word segmentation. But there are two major segmentation problems that might affect the accuracy of word segmentation performance, ambiguity and long words. In this paper, we propose a novel character-based approach, namely, dynamic N-gram (DNG) to deal with the two above problems of word segmentation and apply it to Chinese news articles to evaluate the accuracy of N-gram. The evaluation result indicated most of the readers agreed that dynamic N-gram approach could extract meaningful keywords. Even in different news categories, the keywords extraction results still have no significant difference. The primary contribution of this approach is that dynamic N-gram helps us to extract the most meaningful keywords in different types of Chinese articles without considering the number of grams.

Besides, SoLoMo services have provided more powerful means of surveillance to track and profile their users, which might arouse negative feeling. The results indicate that social value, emotional value, and functional value are significant drivers for continuance intention. Perceived surveillance moderates the relationship of social value and functional value on continuance intention.

      <description>title: 旅遊照片之維度與分群效能之探討 abstract: 隨著社群媒體與影像分享平台的興起，旅遊影像已成為影響旅遊決策的重要因素。然而，龐大的影像資料容易導致資訊過載。如何有效分類這些影像，並取得所需資訊將是一大挑戰。過去研究多透過深度學習提取影像特徵進行分析，但較少探討不同維度對影像分群效能的影響。
本研究針對北台灣的九份與野柳兩個旅遊景點，並聚焦於外國遊客的視角。使用VGG16模型提取影像特徵，並透過 t-SNE 降維至 2、3、4、8 維，再以 HDBSCAN 進行影像分群。本研究補足過去僅探討 2D 降維的不足，並比較不同降維維度對影像分群的影響，為旅遊影像分類與推薦系統提供參考。

      <title>Exploring Innovativeness and Sport Fans' Behaviors in the Esports Fans' Levels of Connection Model</title>

By examining the role of fan innovativeness in shaping value co-creation experiences, fan identification, and fan knowledge, this research aspires to enhance our understanding of how varying levels of psychological connection influence engagement among esports fans.
Theoretical background and Literature review: The research is anchored in the Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) and the PCM. IDT elucidates the processes through which innovations are adopted and spread within social systems, making it an appropriate framework for analyzing esports fan behavior. Conversely, PCM offers a systematic approach to understanding the psychological journey of fan engagement, ranging from initial awareness to deep allegiance. While previous studies have broadly examined esports fandom, there is still a notable gap in comprehending the specific psychological processes and behavioral variations among different fan segments.
Methodology: A multi-method approach was utilized, employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the relationships among innovativeness, value co-creation experiences, fan identification, fan knowledge, and esports fan behavior. Data were gathered from 347 esports fans in Taiwan through an online survey conducted by the Chinese Taipei Esports Association. The reliability and validity of measurements were evaluated using Cronbach’s alpha, composite reliability, and discriminant validity tests. A multigroup analysis was also performed to investigate differences in fan behavior across the four levels of the PCM.
Results/findings and Discussion: The findings reveal that innovativeness has a significant impact on value co-creation experiences, fan identification, and fan knowledge. However, only fan identification demonstrates a direct and substantial influence on esports fan behavior, while value co-creation experiences and fan knowledge do not show a strong direct effect. The multigroup analysis indicates that the impact of innovativeness on fan identification varies across different PCM levels, with notable differences observed between the awareness and attraction stages, as well as between attachment and allegiance stages. These results underscore the importance of psychological connection in shaping engagement and behavioral patterns among esports fans.
Conclusion: This study advances esports research by applying complexity theory and examining fan behavior through psychological segmentation. The findings emphasize the necessity of understanding fan segmentation within the esports ecosystem and suggest that marketers and esports organizations should customize engagement strategies according to fans' levels of psychological connection. Future research should delve deeper into contextual factors that may moderate these relationships and explore esports fan behavior across diverse cultural contexts.

      <title>Co-Production as a Driver of Promotive and Prohibitive Voice Through Positive Affect and Creative Self-Efficacy in Professional Sport Organizations</title>

Professional sport organizations operate in dynamic, high-stakes environments where employees’ discretionary voices, promotive suggestions and prohibitive warnings, critically influence innovation, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. Drawing on Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) and Service-Dominant Logic (SDL), this study examines how employee co-production influences positive affect, creative self-efficacy, and promotive and prohibitive voice behaviors. We aim to identify the affective and cognitive pathways linking co-production to these distinct forms of voice and to determine which antecedents are necessary and sufficient for their emergence.

Theoretical Background and Literature Review: 
SCT highlights how mastery experiences and observational learning build the psychological resources necessary for proactive behavior, while SDL reconceptualizes employees as active value co-creators whose voluntary contributions of ideas, knowledge, and effort become integral to service and operational processes. Integrating these perspectives, we propose that co-production, voluntary collaboration in service and operational processes, directly engenders two internal states: positive affect (pleasurable emotions) and creative self-efficacy (belief in one’s innovative capacity). Positive affect broadens cognitive flexibility and fosters resilience, while creative self-efficacy sustains persistence and initiative. These affective and cognitive resources are hypothesized to drive promotive voice (constructive suggestions) and prohibitive voice (risk-related concerns) in professional sport contexts. 

Methodology:
We surveyed 243 full-time employees from 17 professional sport organizations. Constructs were measured via validated scales (Ranjan &amp; Read, 2016; Diener et al., 2010; Paek et al., 2022; Liang et al., 2012). Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to test hypothesized relationships. Combined importance–performance map analysis (cIPMA), which integrates importance–performance map analysis and necessary condition analysis (NCA), was then applied to assess the relative importance, performance, and minimum thresholds of antecedents in predicting promotive and prohibitive voice behaviors.

Results/Findings and Discussion:
PLS-SEM showed that co-production positively predicted positive affect (β = 0.288, p &lt; 0.001), creative self-efficacy (β = 0.239, p &lt; 0.001), promotive voice (β = 0.268, p &lt; 0.001), and prohibitive voice (β = 0.211, p &lt; 0.01). Positive affect enhanced creative self-efficacy (β = 0.435, p &lt; 0.001) but did not directly affect voice behaviors. Creative self-efficacy was the sole direct driver of both promotive (β = 0.421, p &lt; .001) and prohibitive voice (β = 0.410, p &lt; 0.001). cIPMA identified creative self-efficacy as the most important yet lowest-performing predictor for both voice types. NCA revealed that creative self-efficacy and positive affect must exceed critical thresholds to elicit voice behaviors, with co-production additionally necessary for promotive voice.

Conclusion:
This study advances understanding of voice behavior in professional sport organizations by integrating SCT and SDL to reveal sequential affective–cognitive pathways from co-production to employee voice. Enhancing positive affect and creative self-efficacy above critical thresholds is crucial for fostering both promotive and prohibitive voice, while participatory co-production practices are particularly essential for generating constructive suggestions (i.e., promotive voice). These findings offer sport managers actionable strategies, such as co-creative workshops and affect-supportive feedback, to cultivate psychologically enriching, value-creating climates that encourage discretionary employee communication.
