      <title>Integrating green transformational leadership, green HRM, and green innovation to enhance sustainable performance in hotels: Insights from PLS-SEM, NCA, and cIPMA</title>

These efforts aim to balance economic growth with environmental responsibility. Although SP strategies are widely embraced, the mechanisms through which Green Transformational Leadership (GTL), Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), and Green Innovation (GI) synergistically influence SP remain insufficiently explored.

Purpose of the article: This study aims to investigate how GTL and GHRM practices cultivate employees’ internal capabilities to foster GI, thereby enhancing SP within the hotel industry. Guided by the resource-based view and ability–motivation–opportunity theories, this research addresses a critical gap in existing studies by examining the complex relationships among GTL, GHRM, GI, and SP with a unique hybrid methodological approach, and offers comprehensive insights into how these constructs jointly shape sustainability outcomes in hotels.

Methods: Adopting a quantitative, survey-based research design, data were collected from 310 employees across 17 three- to five-star hotels in Taiwan via a 5-point Likert-type-scale questionnaire. SmartPLS 4 facilitated the analysis. The methodological approach was combined with partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), necessity-based logic via necessary condition analysis (NCA), and combined importance-performance map analysis (cIPMA).

Findings &amp; value added: PLS-SEM results indicate GTL, GHRM, and GI significantly influence hotels' SP. GHRM and GI exert a sequential co-mediating effect on the GTL–SP relationship; however, GTL's direct impact on GI is not significant. NCA confirms all predictors are necessary conditions for SP. With an SP target of 85, cIPMA quantifies the minimum thresholds necessary to enhance SP as 31.464% for GHRM, 41.902% for GI, and 53.705% for GTL. This study enriches sustainable hospitality literature by exploring the GTL–GHRM–GI–SP nexus. It contributes a multi-method integrated PLS-SEM, NCA, and cIPMA model to sustainability research, integrating sufficiency and necessity logics. It offers theoretical insights into the interplay of GTL, GHRM, and GI, and provides practical strategies for hoteliers’ SP.

This study fills the gap by employing a hybrid Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) framework that integrates the Best-Worst Method (BWM) and Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (Fuzzy TOPSIS) to assess and rank strategies for combating hijacked journals. Drawing on expert insights, the study evaluates five key strategies - legislation, education of stakeholders, aggressive advertising, investigation and surveillance, and coalition-building - against a set of social, economic, and journal-ranking criteria. The results indicate that educating stakeholders at source is the most effective strategy, followed by aggressive advertising, investigation and surveillance, coalition, and legislation. These findings highlight the importance of awareness-driven and preventive approaches, supported by monitoring and collaborative efforts, while suggesting that legal enforcement alone may have limited effectiveness. The study contributes to literature by providing an empirically grounded decision-making framework for addressing hijacked journals and offers practical implications for academic publishers and institutions.

The outcomes verify that social presence, real-time interactivity, metavoicing, and guidance shopping significantly enhance AE, which in turn drives consumer engagement behaviors. The results indicate AE functions as a pivotal mediating mechanism between socio-technical characteristics and consumer engagement outcomes, with social presence emerging as a critical necessary condition for both monetary and non-monetary engagement behaviors. The integrated methodology separates ‘should have’ from ‘must-have’ components, offering a strong foundation for examining asymmetric causal linkages. The findings contribute to hospitality and live streaming e-commerce literature by theorizing AE as a context-appropriate immersive state in hotel live streaming and elucidating how socio-technical systems shape both monetary and non-monetary engagement behaviors, an area that remains insufficiently explored.

Computational results indicate that the proposed approximation algorithm performs very efficiently compared to the pure branch-and-bound algorithm in terms of run time and problem sizes. The error bound of the proposed algorithm is also demonstrated to be within the specified 
-value. Besides, it shows that our algorithm outperforms an existing heuristic from the literature in terms of solution quality.

The FPTAS, which is based on a dynamic programming algorithm is developed by applying a trimming-the-state-space approach. Theoretical proofs of the error bound and the time complexity for the proposed FPTAS are also provided. The computational results indicate that the proposed FPTAS performs more efficiently than a dynamic programming algorithm in terms of both run time and problem size. The error bound of the FPTAS is demonstrated to be within the pre-specified error bound.

In this study, we examine two category management scenarios, Retailer Category Management (RCM) and Category Captainship (CC), for a two-stage supply chain in which two manufacturers sell their substitutable products through a common retailer. Based on non-symmetric demand functions, we develop two mathematical models in which the retailer adopts RCM and CC. By comparing these two models’ equilibrium outcomes, the following insights are found. First, the optimal policy for shelf space allocation and pricing decisions are obtained. Second, we indicate  three situations under which competitive exclusion does not exist. This supports decisions on whether to switch from RCM to CC. Third, our analysis shows the evidence to support the retailer on choosing the category captain regarding either the retailer's join profit gain or the competitive exclusion. Last, we highlight the various conditions under which the retailer has either low or high flexibility in choosing products for the category, when the competitive exclusion is concerned. Our model is the first to illustrate the interaction impact of non-symmetric market potential, non-symmetric own-price elasticity and cross-price sensitivity on category management.

The results of the analysis demonstrated that team members’ bricolage behavior is positively correlated with resilience and that this association is stronger when the team-level power distance is higher. Additionally, resilience mediates the association between bricolage and negative emotions. Therefore, this study proposes bricolage as a behaviorally oriented approach to enhancing workplace resilience and emphasizes the importance of cultural factors, such as power distance, to understanding the boundary conditions of the bricolage–resilience relationship. Future research should explore other cultural dimensions and examine the role of bricolage in various organizational contexts. Organizations should encourage and support bricolage behavior to foster resilience and counteract negative emotions, and managers should consider the effect of team power distance on the effectiveness of bricolage behavior.

Using data from 299 online fashion shoppers and PLS-SEM analysis, the findings highlight perceived value as a key dual mediator: it partially mediates the effects of PRS quality on purchase intention and fully mediates the effect of immersion on purchase intention. While PRS quality and immersion enhance perceived value, only system and service quality directly influence purchase intention. However, neither perceived value nor purchase intention significantly affects post-purchase satisfaction, revealing a gap between expectation and experience. Post-purchase satisfaction is the sole significant predictor of return intention, with dissatisfaction driving returns. These results underscore the need for e-commerce platforms to align recommendation strategies with accurate product representation to reduce returns and build lasting trust.

Critically, sensitivity analysis revealed a 78.68% threshold for "Digital Consumer Demand", where strategic priorities shifted from BMT to product-service optimization. These findings advance DT theory through dynamic, threshold-based strategy frameworks while providing tourism managers with quantitative guidance for adaptive strategic decision-making based on market dynamics.

We identified accessibility to be an important moderator of customer participation, given that the focus of the circular economy is on the use of a function rather than on consumption. To further understand these different motivations and the effect of accessibility, we used the Delphi Method to confirm the different outcomes. The results should provide marketers guidance on what their focus should be in the circular economy era.

      <description>title: 從中國監管制度變化探討保險公司銀保業務影響與趨勢-以C保險公司為例 abstract: 近年，銀行保險在中國發展快速，成為各家保險公司除了發展傳統個人業務之外的必爭之地。對於近10年在中國開始崛起的銀行系保險公司更是將銀保作為重要的保費來源。但在缺乏完善的監管體制下，導致各家保險公司容易使用各種不合規的方式，比如補貼手續費及佣金之外的費用做為爭取保險通路的合作機會或是業務發展的手段。在同一費率標準下，大型保險公司在費用上會更加有優勢，對於其他中小型保險公司會造成排擠效應，也減少了保險公司針對客戶需求去提升產品或是創新的發展性。如何創建銀行保險一個穩定且健康發展的環境，從國內外文獻都指出離不開監管制度的介入。

中國的監管體制從分業監管到現在中央金融監管（一體化）根據市場的經濟變化到銀行及保險公司的經營規範發佈過多種政策，也在各階段對銀行保險市場的整體銷售出現不同的影響，另外各家保險公司的風險控管策略也會隨之改變，導致主力銷售的銀行保險產品出現變化。目前針對保險公司相關研究大多側重於銀保銷售策略、發展現狀、存在問題以及前景。但較少結合監管的體制變化去分析對於保險公司在銀保的影響及變化。

本文透過研究國外及中國監管體制和政策的變革，結合中國銀保不同階段的銷售規模及產品變化，以C保險公司為例，以其財務數據、銀行保險銷售數據及關鍵人物深入訪談，運用定量與質性分析法做出分析。探討不同監管機制跟政策下，對保險公司在風險管理手段、產品銷售策略及與銀行通路合作方式的變化及挑戰。
希望本文能提供有價值的參考資訊，幫助銀行和保險公司更好地應對監管變革，制定適應市場變化的經營策略，提升市場競爭力。也能為監管機構提供政策制定和實施的參考依據，幫助其更好地理解市場需求和風險特徵，從而制定更加科學和有效的監管政策。

We further examined the mediating role of intrinsic motivation and the moderating role of employee sleep quality. Applying a convenience sampling technique, we conducted an online research survey in three phases to collect data from 329 respondents. Our findings showed that managers’ inclusive leadership style is positively associated with workers’ intrinsic motivation, which in turn leads to employee service innovation behaviour and knowledge-sharing behaviour. Moreover, intrinsic motivation has been found as the mediating mechanism in the association between inclusive leadership and employee work outcomes. We further found that workers’ sleep quality moderates the association between inclusive leadership and employee outcomes such that poor sleep quality weakens this association. Our study offers substantial implications for the practitioners and scholars in the areas of sleep, leadership, and innovation and knowledge sharing behaviours in organizations.

Drawing on an integrated framework combining the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the Value–Attitude–Behavior (VAB) model, this study explores key determinants shaping consumers’ purchase intention towards PBMAs in Taiwan. This study performed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) and necessary condition analysis (NCA) to evaluate the formation of consumers’ PBMA purchase intention. The PLS-SEM results revealed that both environmental consciousness and health consciousness exert a significant influence on consumer attitudes, which, together with subjective norms and perceived behavioral control, positively predict purchase intention. fsQCA revealed six distinct combinations of conditions leading to high purchase intention, while NCA identified environmental consciousness, health consciousness, and the three TPB components as necessary conditions. The results highlight the mediating role of attitude and underscore the value of integrating multiple analytical perspectives to capture the complexity of consumer decision-making. This research advances both theoretical understanding and practical application by elucidating the psychological mechanisms underpinning PBMA adoption and by providing evidence-based implications for strategic marketing within the plant-based food sector.

      <description>title: 愛情關係中對方衝突管理方式與自身關係滿意度之關連 abstract: 研究目的：在華人集體主義與社會取向的文化下，對方的行為舉止對個人常造成很大的影響。本研究的目的即欲探究在愛情關係中對方的衝突管理方式與個人自身關係滿意度之間的關連，希冀能藉此反映華人文化的特色。研究方法：研究對象為北部地區公私立大學中目前有交往對象的大學生，有效問卷為275份。研究結果：研究發現對方衝突管理方式中的「整合」、「謙讓」與自身的「關係滿意度」之間有顯著的正相關；而對方衝突管理方式中的「支配」則與「關係滿意度」有顯著負相關。結構方程模式結果顯示在女性樣本方面，「整合」、「支配」與「逃避」會透過對對方衝突管理的滿意度，影響到自身的關係滿意度；在男性樣本方面，則是只有「整合」的衝突管理方式會透過對對方衝突管理的滿意度，進而影響到自身的關係滿意度。研究結論：從研究結果可得知對方衝突管理方式對個人自身關係滿意度的重要性。此亦與深蘊在華人社會中的集體主亦與社會取向的文化脈絡息息相關。而有關男女性所偏好的與採取的衝突管理方式不同之處將從性別權力不平等的角度做更進一步的討論。

      <description>title: 社會變遷中的代間關係：老年父母的付出與期待 abstract: 高齡者在家庭關係中究竟是一位照顧者還是被照顧者，在家庭結構與家人關係急速變遷的現代社會中是個值得深究的議題。本研究以老年父母在代間關係中的付出與期待為關注焦點，以面對面深入訪談的方式蒐集資料。最後，共邀請11 位年齡介於65 歲至80 歲、無重大疾病、尚能自由行動的高齡者參與研究。 研究結果發現老年父母在代間關係中的「付出」是永不停止的，其中可再分為三個部分，分別是「對子女的牽掛」、「協助家務與帶孫以減少子女的負擔」， 以及「保持身體健康以免增加子女照顧負荷」。而老年父母對子女的孝道「期待」， 則有三種不同層次的樣貌：多數女性受訪者認為子女將來會接手照顧自己；有的受訪者則是基於相互尊重的原則，對孝道的期待已有很大程度的轉變；最後，也有的受訪者對子女不存任何期待，接受自己照顧自己的事實。文末亦參考研究結果，初步提出三項命題以供未來研究深究。

      <description>title: 代間照顧關係：台灣都會地區成年子女的質性訪談研究 abstract: 研究目的：「老人的安養與照顧」議題在人口結構逐漸轉變的現代華人社會中越來越受到重視，本研究主要探討華人社會中，成年子女如何因應父母逐漸老去所需面對的照顧需求，並以「性別」、「婚姻」與「代間關係」為研究主要的關注焦點。研究方法：本研究採用具探索性且有助理論建構的質性訪談研究，並透過訪員認識、親友介紹與受訪者介紹等管道招募研究參與者，共邀請34位30∼55歲之間的成年子女接受訪談，研究參與者的性別男女各半，已婚與未婚者各占50%。研究結果：成年子女對年老父母的照顧經驗歸納為三個主題，首先是「代間照顧的方向性」，本研究發現，成年子女似乎是「陪伴」而非「照顧」老年父母，反而是老年父母提供他們各種協助。第二個主題為「家人關係的世代轉變」，研究結果顯示，成年子女照顧父母的經驗中，會出現親子權力反轉的現象，而過去親子關係的良好與否，似乎也左右著成年之後的代間照顧關係。最後是「性別與婚姻的劃界」，未婚女兒似乎較容易被視為理所當然的照顧者，而未婚兒子身上則背負著的家族與經濟期望。此外，女性也會擔心進入婚姻會承擔「媳婦」照顧公婆的角色而失去自我。研究結論：本研究發現代間照顧現象具有強烈的心理意涵與相互性，且照顧意願與方式受性別與婚姻牽引。此外，家庭權力移轉過程中兩代的協商亦考驗著成年子女的能力與智慧。

A self-administered survey method was used to collect data from 310 full-time employees across all regions in Taiwan. We found that interpersonal conflict and lack of autonomy as stressors were associated negatively with job satisfaction. Job performance was found to be associated negatively with lack of autonomy, but positively with workload. Regarding moderating effects, self-efficacy exacerbated a negative impact of lack of autonomy on job satisfaction but buffered a negative impact of lack of autonomy on job performance. Thus, the present study for the first time revealed that self-efficacy functioned as a double-edged sword in the work stress context of a Confucian Chinese society, contrary to what may be inferred from Western theoretical perspectives. In addition, this study also examined job performance as a strain variable which has rarely been studied in work stress research.

      <description>title: 工作與家庭的意義對因應職家衝突的影響─華人雙文化自我觀之展現 abstract: 工作與家庭研究已累積了相當豐富的研究成果，但研究成果大多發表自西方國家，從生態系統理論的觀點，不同文化背景會形塑不同的價值觀、教育體制、家庭結構，最終影響到個體的發展，故不同國家的文化背景差異可能會影響工作與家庭研究結果。工作與家庭衝突是一種壓力感受，而個人賦予角色或壓力源的「意義」是造成壓力感受的關鍵因素，即個人賦予工作與家庭意義會影響個人對工作與家庭衝突的感受與因應。「自我觀」則是心理系統運作、日常生活中與他人、團體及社會互動的基礎，會影響個體對工作與家庭意義之界定。故本研究將從華人文化之「自我觀」－個人取向、社會取向與折衷自我的自我觀角度切入，探討個人如何界定工作與家庭的意義，以及如何影響工作與家庭介面的互動。本研究採用個別訪談之質性研究方法，藉深入訪談讓受訪者用豐富的生活體驗來詮釋個人的職家衝突歷程，並從中窺見個人「自我觀」對工作與家庭意義之界定，以及對職家衝突感受與因應策略選擇的影響。研究發現不同的「自我觀」，確實有截然不同的職家互動情形，工作與家庭意義是一種「主觀的意義」，基於個人建構之工作與家庭的意義，個人會投注不同的心力，而當職家衝突產生時，個人的抉擇也會有所不同。

      <description>title: 從職家角色扮演看自我的展現 abstract: 文化對自我的影響自不待言，但自我並非單向地接受文化的塑造，而是在個己的欲望與文化期待下來來回回。本研究從自我的角度出發，並鎖定「夫妻關係」此情境脈絡，透過夫妻職家角色的扮演來看其各自的堅持與退讓。兩個自我的過招，迫使個體思考「我是誰？」、「這是我要的生活嗎？」、「什麼是我要堅持的？」等問題，進而可在職家角色扮演過程中，看到自我困頓與明朗的轉變過程。本研究遵循質性研究典範中的敘說分析，採用深度訪談法，邀請夫妻同時受訪以了解他們的互動樣貌。研究結果指出：（1）自我同受「文化規範」與「關係互依」的雙重夾擊。自我雖不斷將各種角色予以內化，挫折衝突則有助於個體對「我是誰？」有所反思。在關係之中，兩人共組家庭，磨合的過程便是夫妻雙方自我的角力。（2）在文化規範與關係互依的雙重夾擊下，自我是否有多重的可能？結果顯示個人需有自覺醒悟，才能讓各種角色兼容並蓄。在關係中超越我執，感通他人的需求，拓展自我的彈性，方能開創職家角色扮演的新路徑，以及自我的新樣貌。前述歷程中，我們可看到自我的不易改變、與文化的相互創造，以及由主轉客的彈性。

      <description>title: 育兒階段夫妻工作家庭壓力調適：系統界限的定位與轉變 abstract: 研究目的：本研究從家庭系統的角度出發，檢視育兒階段夫妻的工作與家庭壓力現況及其調適。本研究試圖了解家庭系統界限在他們處理工作與家庭角色壓力過程中的變化。研究方法：我們一共邀請了31對雙薪、平均年齡35歲且第一個孩子進入幼兒園的夫妻，並以事先設計好的訪談大綱針對個別夫妻進行聯合訪談。研究結果：本研究發現不少雙薪夫妻在孩子上幼兒園後因托育方式改變，反而真正體會「新手父母」的壓力。他們的小家庭系統在此時與原生家庭分立出來，展現出由「婚姻次系統」或「親職次系統」主導的現象。而為了因應工作與家庭壓力，部分夫妻會尋求家族支援，但也同時會受到系統界限模糊的衝擊；另一些夫妻則是在缺少外援的情況下，對個人次系統界限進行壓縮調整。研究結論：育兒階段是華人夫妻小家庭界限確立的重要階段，原生家庭是育兒的資源或是阻力取決於夫妻對系統界限的共識；此階段的夫妻亦須格外注意親職次系統凌駕於婚姻次系統的可能問題。

      <title>An Integrative Model of Work/Family Interface for Chinese Employees.</title>

      <description>title: An Integrative Model of Work/Family Interface for Chinese Employees. abstract: Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to examine the mediating roles of four aspects of work and family interface (WFI: work-to-family conflict, WFC; family-to-work conflict, FWC; work-to-family enrichment, WFE; and family-to-work enrichment, FWE) in a Chinese context in Taiwan. Included in the integral model are demands and resources from the work and family domains as antecedents, and role satisfaction and burnout as consequences. Design/methodology/approach - Structured questionnaires were used to collect data from 499 full-time working Chinese parents in Taiwan. Findings - Structural equation modeling results showed that antecedents had cross-domain and within-domain effects on all aspects of the WFI; and conflict and enrichment also had cross-domain and within-domain effects on job satisfaction and family satisfaction, while influences from the work domain (WFC and WFE) had a significant impact on burnout. Overall, the partial mediation model was supported, showing that antecedent variables having both indirect (through the WFI variables) as well as direct relationships with the outcome variables. Originality/value - This is the first study testing a comprehensive model of the whole loop of antecedents-WFI-consequences with a non-Western sample. One unique contribution of the study is that the authors extended Western-based resources theories to Chinese employees, confirming that all four aspects of the WFI are important mediators linking up antecedents with consequences from both the work and family domains. Basing upon the findings, the authors suggests that both managers and employees should endeavor to break the destructive flow of conflict/dissatisfaction/burnout and to initiate the constructive flow of enrichment/satisfaction/free of burnout, by considering not only demands but also resources from both the work and family domains.
