      <description>title: 小說與影像之比較：《怨女》改編電影之研究 abstract: 當代小說家張愛玲(1920-1995)撰述小說膾炙人口，文字穿透力極為細膩，刻劃大時代並豐富男女感情，尤以清末民初社會記憶著稱。不少作品吸引知名導演改編成為電影，增添張愛玲文字的影像魅力。張愛玲作品改編成電影有許鞍華《傾城之戀》（1984）、但漢章《怨女》（1988）、關錦鵬《紅玫瑰與白玫瑰》（1990）、李安〈色‧戒〉(2007)等作品。本文聚焦探討張愛玲《怨女》之改編電影的藝術表現，其作品上映時引起不少迴響，意見褒貶不一。台灣導演但漢章(1949-1990)考究文本脈絡，重新塑造小說立體感。本文從《怨女》小說文本出發理解導演在劇情安排與人物描寫，時代氛圍、情感糾葛等佈局，詮釋主角柴銀娣的怨嘆人生，包括從女孩變成女人，媳婦熬成婆之過程。文學反映社會，社會反映人生百態，透過《怨女》視覺影像探討文學作品如何改編，進一步展現時代意義。

      <description>title: 從外溢效果初探區域經濟整合的發展－以RCEP為例 abstract: 當歐美已開發國家逐漸面臨高齡化與少子化的同時，東協國家以其豐富的自然資源及人口紅利成為亞太地區經貿整合的重要成員，進而形成15國聯合簽署的RCEP。本文以區域整合的新功能主義作爲分析的理論架構，觀察RCEP的整合是否能以「外溢效果」推進成員國的經濟利益，並反思未能加入東亞區域整合的台灣如何擺脫被邊緣化的隱憂。值得注意的是，由於東協成員國間在經濟、人口、社會以及文化等方面皆有各自的優勢與弱點，目前RCEP協議中尚無教育水平的提升或勞工權益的談判，因此，區域經濟整合的效果，對於全球產業供應鏈的影響仍需持續關注。

E-sports have become an event that global players pay attention to and participate in. With the development of Internet technology and the emergence of webcasting, the combination of e-sports events and webcasting has brought the e-sports market to another realm. Taiwan’s overall gaming market revenue in 2019 has exceeded NT$55.9 billion, and is expected to reach NT$61.8 billion in 2020. Among the sources of e-sports revenue, media royalties from broadcast events have grown the most.&#xD;
&#xD;
The live broadcast platform has changed the behavior mode of people watching the game, and the competition has become fierce. Therefore, it is of positive significance to understand the competition situation of e-sports events among different live broadcast platforms. This research hopes to understand the competitive advantage by analyzing network procedures and grey relational analysis. Provide an understanding of different platform strategies to enhance industry competitiveness.&#xD;
&#xD;
The research found that the ranking of Taiwan’s competitiveness in the e-sports market of the live broadcast platform is ranked first by Facebook Gaming, followed by the Bahamut Gaming Information Station Live Hall, Steam Live, Twitch, and YouTube. The most important aspect of the facet is "network externality", followed by "social demand", and the top three influential factors are "views", "number of users", and "emotional needs". Accumulating "number of users" and focusing on "community management" will help expand the e-sports market.

      <title>Factors influencing knowledge-sharing behaviors in faculty learning communities</title>

      <description>title: Factors influencing knowledge-sharing behaviors in faculty learning communities abstract: Faculty professional autonomy has been highlighted in higher education settings. One way for university faculty to develop their professional knowledge as well as enhance their instructional quality is through communicating and sharing knowledge with colleagues. This study examines the relationship between university faculty's motivation, trust, and flow experience as they join faculty learning communities (FLCs) and their knowledge-sharing behaviors. A survey questionnaire was used to collect data from a faculty in an urban university (N = 192). The results indicated that university faculty's motivation, trust, and flow experienced in FLCs individually had a significant effect on their knowledge-sharing behavior in FLCs. However, collectively, only motivation and flow experience demonstrated significant influences on faculty knowledge-sharing behaviors, whereas trust had no significant effect on the promotion of university faculty knowledge-sharing behaviors in FLCs.

      <description>title: Cultivation from Within: An Exploration of the Attainment of Creativity abstract: Creativity is of paramount importance to human endeavors, particularly to the arts. A substantial amount of theory and research on creativity exists in both Eastern and Western philosophy. However, seldom has the attainment of creative ability been conceived as an skill which can be cultivated. This article proposes that creativity is far greater than one’s creative ideas, serendipity, or the creative mind; it can be fostered through self-cultivation, a process achieved by exploring ancient literature on Daoist (Taoist) thoughts in The Zhuang-zi (Chuang-tzu). Accordingly, I conceptualize a transformative body-scheme of qi-body through which an artist-cultivator can simultaneously develop his or her artistic technique and creativity. This paradigm demonstrates a way for artists to cultivate creativity and develop themselves to achieve the ultimate state of the union between heaven and human pursued by Chinese artists since ancient times. Delving into the traditional Chinese notions of creativity, and exploring their implications for creativity in dance, demonstrates the importance of self-cultivation.

In this study, the effects of Internet self-efficacy on motivation and the learning performance of online college students were examined using social cognitive theory. The subjects of this study were 87 college students participating in an online course. We applied quantitative analysis to elucidate the relationship between student-perceived Internet self-efficacy and learning performance. The effects of Internet self-efficacy on student motivation and learning performance were evaluated through the analysis of variance. Students with high Internet self-efficacy outperformed those with low Internet self-efficacy on the final exam and were more confident in their ability to complete an online course. Significant gender differences were noted, in which males had a higher degree of Internet self-efficacy and confidence than females; whereas, females had higher scores of online discussion participation and the final exam than males. Regarding the learning motivation, the influence of Internet self-efficacy of males on the dimensions of relevance and confidence in the attention, relevance, confidence, satisfaction motivation model were stronger than females. Therefore, educators are encouraged to identify the psychological characteristics of online learners to provide suitable support for their learning.

      <description>title: 導入ERP對企業流程再造與人力資源管理影響之再評估 abstract: 企業的建置與導入ERP系統所進行企業流程再造的過程，雖能獲得最佳實務流程的優點，但也伴隨著高成本和資料不一致等問題的存在。探討轉換動機上，包括企業系統欠缺整合、缺乏資料分享及資料不一致；全球化跨國經營，總公司資料集中化需求，區域與事業單位資料分散；同業問之競爭，加速上下游的資訊的流暢度等。由於ERP系統複雜性高，所以許多企業在導入時都面臨了很大的阻力，其中因「員工的認知」與「接受度不同」，而致導入失敗的例子時有所聞。今日由於資訊科技不斷創新，新資訊系統的導入勢必影響組織目前的作業流程、人員變革及技能需求等。企業經營面臨內部與外部環境前所未有的變動壓力，變革便成為企業經營的常用方式，在組織裡被要求快速反應當時的市場狀況，已成為企業奠定營運的基石和生存發展所必須建置的資訊系統。本論文主要內容是運用德菲法設計專家問卷，建構適合國內企業在籌獲ERP軟體程序成熟度之初步評估模式，探討降低員工抗拒變革管理的因素為何，並設計問卷雛形供國內企業就此評估模式進行自我評量。期望能預期此初步研究能使得許多尚未使用ERP系統或尚未導入ERP系統的企業以進行流程再造；並對於許多已導入ERP系統之企業內之員工所產生之變革問題能給予得到平衡，能以評估現行狀況以及願景為主要考量。

      <title>導入ERP對企業流程再造與人力資源管理影響之評估設計</title>

      <description>title: 導入ERP對企業流程再造與人力資源管理影響之評估設計 abstract: 企業的建置與導入ERP系統所進行企業流程再造的過程，雖能獲得最佳實務流程的優點，但也伴隨著高成本和資料不一致等問題的存在。探討轉換動機上，包括企業系統欠缺整合、缺乏資料分享及資料不一致；全球化跨國經營，總公司資料集中化需求，區域與事業單位資料分散；同業問之競爭，加速上下游的資訊的流暢度等。由於ERP系統複雜性高，所以許多企業在導入時都面臨了很大的阻力，其中因「員工的認知」與「接受度不同」，而致導入失敗的例子時有所聞。今日由於資訊科技不斷創新，新資訊系統的導入勢必影響組織目前的作業流程、人員變革及技能需求等。企業經營面臨內部與外部環境前所未有的變動壓力，變革便成為企業經營的常用方式，在組織裡被要求快速反應當時的市場狀況，已成為企業奠定營運的基石和生存發展所必須建置的資訊系統。本論文主要內容是運用德菲法設計專家問卷，建構適合國內企業在籌獲ERP軟體程序成熟度之初步評估模式，探討降低員工抗拒變革管理的因素為何，並設計問卷雛形供國內企業就此評估模式進行自我評量。期望能預期此初步研究能使得許多尚未使用ERP系統或尚未導入ERP系統的企業以進行流程再造；並對於許多已導入ERP系統之企業內之員工所產生之變革問題能給予得到平衡，能以評估現行狀況以及願景為主要考量。

      <title>道德神學在道德上是必然的嗎？</title>

      <description>title: 道德神學在道德上是必然的嗎？ abstract: 康德的道德神學，企圖把信仰建立在人類理性的基礎上。他一方面駁斥知性經驗與思辨理性對於掌握「靈魂不朽」與「上帝存在」命題的無能力，另一方面卻在實踐理性的基礎上確立這兩命題的必然性。因而強調：道德必然引至宗教。然而這又不可理解為道德法則自身必然直接產生宗教，而是以道德法則為線索，加上人性追求幸福本能的需求，也就是德福一致的最高善，才是宗教信仰的必然基礎。因此康德說宗教的必然性不是客觀的，而是道德上主觀的一種確信。從而這種宗教信仰的需要，即在於掃除道德障礙乃至激勵道德決心，而不可反過來將道德法則的客觀必然性建立在宗教信仰的基礎上。在這種理性信仰中，人所應關切的仍只是：是否成為有德而配享幸福，而不是如傳統基督教信仰那樣仰望奇蹟、神恩，乃至救贖與祈禱。&#xD;
然而為了保障吾人之道德決心，必然要運用最高善的理念嗎？縱使承認確有一種道德上的報應，上帝信仰是唯一的選擇嗎？放在西方基督教文化的架構裡，我們能夠確信道德必然引至信仰？還是應該反過來說信仰必然引至道德？&#xD;
在下面的文章裡我將論述：康德的最高善理念裡的幸福仍無法擺脫「不確定概念」的困難，其次則是「靈魂不朽」與「上帝存有」就道德報應理論的其他可能類型（例如佛教）而言並無其必然性，最後將指出宗教信仰不必藉助於道德需求仍有其存在的必要性，並指出康德對基督教核心教義的錯誤理解。

      <title>Applying Data Mining Technologies to the Learning and Study Strategies Inventory</title>

      <description>title: Applying Data Mining Technologies to the Learning and Study Strategies Inventory abstract: To understand the thoughts and behavior of a large group of people, surveys are often used to obtain objective data. They are generally composed of dozens of questions that can be quite timeconsuming, and a hassle to complete. To avoid this, the classification charts of the decision tree were used to search for critical and relevant questions, whereas the association rule reduced the number of questions within related categories. This paper applies data mining technology, which achieved the above-said outcome from performance evaluation results.

      <description>title: 「醫學倫理」做為通識教育之教學理念與課程設計 abstract: 從出生到死亡，每個人都跟醫療及醫學研究活動密切相關。代理孕母，墮胎，HIV檢驗與治療，以動物做試驗，知的權利，以及安樂死等道德問題，都是我們在日常生活當中，所可能面臨的難題。在面對這些問題時，我們是否有較充分的理由去作抉擇？在這個課程中，我想提供各式各樣的觀點，幫助同學再思考那些議題。&#xD;
本文是作者在淡江大學教核心課程「道德誰理」學門「醫學倫理」這門課的教學示例，包括底下三主題：&#xD;
(1)開課理念與教學目標&#xD;
(2)教學活動的設計與進行&#xD;
(3)教學成果與感想&#xD;
From birth to death, everyone is deeply concerned with medical treatment and the activities of medical research. The moral problems involved in those issues such as surrogate motherhood, abortion, the test and treatment of HIV, the use of animals in medical experiments, the right to know, and euthanasia, etc., surround us in our every-day life. As we meet these problems, do we have adequate reasons in making our decision? In this course, I hope to provide various view-points to help the students to re-think those issues.&#xD;
This paper is an exposition of the author's way of teaching ”medical ethics” in ”moral reasoning” in the core curriculum at Tamkang University. The content of this paper is divided into the following three parts:&#xD;
(1) the philosophy and the aim of the course&#xD;
(2) the design and the procedure of teaching&#xD;
(3) the outcome, and the teacher's feeling about the course
