title: Research on the optimal maintenance and inventory model based on carbon tax policy abstract: The equipment in the factory will gradually deteriorate during production, leading to the pro-duction of defective products. Without appropriate maintenance, the defective rate will increase over time. Consequently, the production cost will rise, the inventory quality will be affected, the profit will decrease, and the risk from carbon emission will increase, leading to more customer complaints and damaging the corporate image. In addition to focusing on preventive mainte-nance to assure the quality of product, companies should also take carbon emissions into con-sideration. Furthermore, the frequency of maintenance must be carefully considered, as both carbon emissions and maintenance costs will increase if the frequency is too high. Conversely, if the maintenance frequency is too low or even no maintenance, the defective rate may increase cumulatively, or production may be suspended due to equipment failure. Therefore, this research explores preventive maintenance and inventory management issues within the imperfect pro-duction system and develops an extended economic production quantity model that incorporates defective products as well as takes carbon tax and preventive maintenance into consideration. The main purpose is to determine the optimal maintenance frequency, production and replenishment cycle length, so as to maximize the total profit under the carbon tax policy. This study demon-strates computing process with relatively impractical product data based on the actual business situation of the disposable diaper manufacturer. Further, the sensitivity analysis is implemented to the model parameters in the proposed model. The managemental insights are illustrate based on the results of theoretical analysis to provide the reference to policy makers during the decision making, hence to secure the sustainability and green transitions of corporates. The results of this study not only help reduce environmental impact, but also improves the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises.

observe the impact on the trading sessions in Taiwan by the influences of the European and
American markets, focusing on the essential roles of the price discovery function and risk
disclosure effectiveness of the regular hours trading. This research is imperative considering
the increasing interconnectedness of global financial markets and the need for comprehensive
risk assessment for investment strategies. It also examines the hedging behavior of
after-hours traders, thereby aiming to contribute to pre-investment analysis by future investors.
This examination is vital for understanding the dynamics of after-hours trading and its
influence on market stability. Results indicate price continuity between both trading sessions,
with regular trading often determining after-hours price ranges. Consequently, afterhours
price changes can inform regular trading decisions. This finding highlights the importance
of after-hours trading for shaping market expectations. Significant profit potential
exists in after-hours trading open interest, which serves speculative and hedging purposes.
While regular trading volatility influences after-hours trading, the reverse is not true. This
suggests Taiwan market information poses a higher risk impact than European and American
market data, emphasizing the unique position of the Taiwan market in the global financial
ecosystem. After-hours trading volatility reflects the absorption of international market
information and plays a crucial role in advance revelation of risks. This underscores the
importance of after-hours trading in global risk management and strategy formulation.

The futures market plays a crucial role in financial ecosystems, performing key functions such
as speculation, hedging, and price discovery. A well-established futures market is vital for the

Adopting the perspective of self-determination theory, a research model is developed to explore the theoretical connections between perceived CSR, subjective well-being, turnover intention, and creative behavior. The model is tested using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with a sample of 263 employees from Taiwanese professional team sports leagues. The findings reveal that employees' perceptions of CSR events have a positive influence on creative behavior while negatively affecting turnover intention. Moreover, subjective well-being mediates the relationship between perceived CSR and both turnover intention and creative behavior. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of sports CSR by emphasizing the significant role of subjective well-being. Additionally, it offers practical insights for sports organizations to enhance employee well-being and foster positive outcomes through the effective implementation of CSR initiatives.

title: 臺鐵旅運者之服務水準選擇與願支付價格研究 abstract: 臺鐵近年積極提升列車服務水準,先後引進太魯閣及普悠瑪號,大多投入東部線營運以解決花東旅運問題。東部線尖峰時間本就一票難求,又因車種簡化政策將不同服務水準列車訂定相同票價,致使有限資源之配置遭到扭曲,讓問題更加嚴重。依據服務水準與旅運者願支付價格定價,為改善資源配置效率之良方,惟現有研究於此著墨甚少。故本研究採用敘述性偏好方法進行問卷調查,建構多項及潛在類別羅吉特模式以分析旅運者對列車服務屬性之偏好及其異質性,用以估計旅運者對服務屬性之願支付價格,並推估旅客對普悠瑪號、太魯閣號與自強號的願支付價差;另外亦以條件評估法估計三種列車之願支付價格,以期探究方法論之差異。羅吉特模式結果均顯示可退票、可換票為旅客重要考量因素,且長程旅客較短程、中程旅客在意旅行時間。潛在類別羅吉特模式以年齡、所得、商務旅次為分類變數,結果顯示年齡為18歲至24歲或65歲以上、所得較低且非商務旅次之旅客較在意金錢相關變數,而年齡介於25至64歲、所得較高且商務旅次之旅客較在意時間相關變數。三界二分選擇模式所得願支付價格之標準差較雙界二分選擇模式者小,增加詢價次數在願付價格之估計上更具效率。經三種模式校估結果顯示透過旅客對方案屬性間之取捨,進而做出偏好選擇的離散機率選擇模式所得到的列車願付價差差異較大。利用本研究成果將三車種與其服務屬性進行方案組合,例如搭配不同之旅行時間、退換票機制以設計差別票價,可供臺鐵未來調整訂價策略、優化營收管理之參考依據。

title: Physical Health Attitude Scale among mental health nurses in Taiwan: Validation and a cross-sectional study abstract: The Physical Health Attitude Scale (PHASe) is an internationally valid and reliable scale for
assessing mental health nurses’ attitudes toward providing physical health care to people with
serious mental illness. This study translated the PHASe into traditional Chinese and evaluated its
psychometric properties in the context of Taiwan. A descriptive, cross-sectional study design was
adopted, and convenience sampling was used to recruit 520 mental health nurses from 11 hospitals
across Taiwan. Data were collected between August and December 2019. Brislin’s translation
model was used for the validation process. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory
factor analysis were used to establish the construct validity of the scale, and Cronbach’s alpha and
composite reliability were used to determine its reliability. The factor analysis results revealed
that the 4-factor 17-item traditional Chinese version of the PHASe accounted for 44.2% of the
total variance. Each factor had adequate internal consistency (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.70 to 0.80).
We also noted significant differences between groups with different attitudes, demonstrating
known-group validity. Our findings indicate that the traditional Chinese version of the PHASe is
acceptable for evaluating nurses’ attitudes toward providing physical health care in Taiwan.

title: 探討科技認同對於員工角色內、外行為的影響:整合組織認同與角色認同的干擾效果 abstract: 近年數位科技驅動的各式組織變革為企業帶來重大的影響與改變,而數位科技的導入或是新應用導致員工的工作習慣被迫改變,因此員工經常不願意接受改變,甚至產生各式抗拒行為,最終影響其工作表現。因此企業經常在變革時思考如何減少上述情形的發生。而過去研究說明增加員工的角色內行為與角色外行為有助於減少組織變革帶來的負面影響。
近年許多學者關注於資訊科技認同(IT identity)為組織帶來的影響,但是多數研究僅關注於資訊科技認同對於員工角色內行為進行探討,缺乏資訊科技認同與員工角色外行為的探討。此外,若資訊科技認同在組織導入或採用新科技的狀況中扮演著重要角色,那麼若能夠了解如何放大資訊科技認同對於員工角色內與角色外行為就是非常重要的一件事情。
本研究以認同(Identity)和契合度(Fit)的角度思考,哪些契合度能夠有效影響資訊科技認同、組識認同與角色認同。接著進一步了解資訊科技認同、組識認同與角色認同如何影響員工角色內行為與角色外行為。透過問卷方式進行,針對台灣某電信客服公司做為問卷收集對象,共回收220份有效問卷。除角色外行為構面係主管以客觀角色,針對組員於工作中實際的行為進行填答,其餘構面皆為組員以主觀角度進行填答。
研究結果顯示,資訊科技認同為組織成員角色內行為和角色外行為的重要影響因素。組織認同有助於強化資訊科技認同與角色外行為之間的關係,因此在資訊科技認同與角色外行為的因果關係中扮演著正向調節的角色。
In recent years, various organizational transformations driven by digital technologies have had a significant impact on businesses. The introduction or adoption of digital technologies often forces employees to change their work habits, leading to resistance and reluctance to accept change, ultimately affecting their job performance. Consequently, organizations frequently contemplate how to minimize such occurrences during times of change. Previous research has indicated that enhancing employees'' in-role behavior and extra-role behavior can help mitigate the negative effects of organizational change.
In recent years, scholars have focused on the impact of Information Technology Identity (IT identity) on organizations. However, most studies have primarily examined the influence of IT identity on employees'' in-role behavior, while neglecting the exploration of its relationship with employees'' extra-role behavior. Furthermore, if IT identity plays a crucial role in the context of organizational adoption or implementation of new technologies, understanding how to amplify its effects on both in-role and extra-role behavior becomes crucial.
This study adopts an identity and fit perspective to examine the specific fits that can effectively influence IT identity, organizational identity, and role identity. Furthermore, it aims to investigate how IT identity, organizational identity, and role identity impact employees'' in-role behavior and extra-role behavior. This research employed a questionnaire survey targeting a telecommunications customer service company in Taiwan, collecting a total of 220 valid responses. Except for the dimension of extra-role behavior, which was answered by supervisors based on their objective observations of subordinates'' actual behavior, all other dimensions were self-reported by the employees.
The results of the study indicate that IT identity is an important influencing factor for employees'' in-role behavior and extra-role behavior. Organizational identity contributes to strengthening the relationship between IT identity and extra-role behavior, thus playing a positive moderating role in the causal relationship between IT identity and extra-role behavior.
