title: 網路互動性、投入感、信任、購買意願與口碑之關聯性研究：調節中介模式 abstract: 本研究探討Facebook粉絲專頁上的互動性和投入感對旅館顧客購買意願和口碑之影響，並透過信任作為中介，檢視結構之間的直接以及間接影響；同時探討品牌忠誠的調節中介效果。本研究發現，在旅館業中，透過信任的中介，購買意願和口碑會分別受到粉絲專頁上互動性和投入感的影響。除此之外，本研究亦發現社群成員的互動性透過信任對購買意願的間接影響，以及社群成員的投入感透過信任對口碑的間接影響，都會因為較高的品牌忠誠進而增強效果。透過Facebook的粉絲專頁，本研究調查了408位台灣旅館的消費者，藉以證實研究假設與架構。最後本研究討論了研究發現、管理意涵與研究限制。

職場友誼因果關係觀念性模式之建構

title: 職場友誼因果關係觀念性模式之建構 abstract: 由於職場友誼對個人、團隊和組織的重要性、與職場友誼相關的議題研究數量在國內外逐漸增加，未來將持續受到重視及職場友誼研究之分歧與複雜，有必要建構一個觀念性模式來瞭解職場友誼的因果關係，除補充職場友誼的因果變項相關整合研究的缺口外，亦期能起先導作用。本研究採文獻分析法及內容分析法，以國內外與職場友誼相關的論文為研究對象，其中：以國家圖書館「臺灣碩博士論文知識加值系統」和「臺灣期刊論文索引系統」登錄至2016年10月之全部有關職場友誼的相關論文為國內部分的抽樣主體，採普查的方式共確認有122篇，及以立意抽樣方式從特定國際期刊中選取20篇與職場友誼相關的論文做為國外論文的樣本。本研究根據國內外論文中與職場友誼前因和後果相關之研究變項，採取分類和整合方式，彙整出影響職場友誼的因素、影響結果因素和調節效果，並建構一個職場友誼因果關係觀念性模式及藉由相關理論的推演來驗證其合理性。此外，因職場友誼起於友誼機會，是職場中的人際關係，也是一種彼此互惠、平等的關係，與社會交換相關，且目前文獻中缺乏運用社會交換理論來探討職場友誼，故本研究也嘗試以社會交換理論的主要概念來探討職場友誼。本研究有下列重要發現： 1. 社會交換理論的報酬、溝通、吸引力、公平分配、認同、信任、承諾、支持等主要概念與職場友誼的內涵相同。 2. 職場友誼的影響因素有個人因素、人際關係、主管因素、工作因素和組織因素，並可進一步整合為個人因素、工作因素和工作環境知覺；影響結果有人際關係結果、工作結果和組織結果；職場友誼對於個人因素、主管因素、工作因素和組織因素與個人結果、工作結果和組織結果間具調節作用。 3. 本研究建構之職場友誼因果關係觀念性模式具合理性。

Tales of Dutch Formosa

title: Tales of Dutch Formosa abstract: Tales of Dutch Formosa was first broadcast on August 16, 2002, enabling English audiences the rare opportunity to learn about the dramatic events of the Dutch occupation of Formosa (1624-1662). The docudramas were then published in book and CD format in August, 2004. Now in 2011, the book and CDs have been reprinted in a beautifully redesigned set that will enable RTI to bring the Tales to an even larger audience. Accompanying articles by the series originator and the producer offer rich insight into the making of the Tales. Transcribed interviews by the series historian shed further light on the time period. The book is accompanied by two CDs, which contain the four episodes of Tales of Dutch Formosa.

Vienna's Musical Heritage

title: Vienna's Musical Heritage abstract: For centuries, Vienna was the glittering capital of a great empire where the potential sponsorship of the Habsburg dynasty and many of the aristocrats at the imperial court created an excellent environment for musicians and artists. It is not surprising that many great composers were attracted to the city - they came, stayed and wrote immortal music. The Viennese musical tradition has continued for centuries, from one great composer to the next, from Haydn to Beethoven, from Beethoven to Schubert and onward far into the twentieth century. This article will start by discussing Vienna's musical heritage, from Haydn to Schubert, the formation of their musical creation, through detailed analysis of their works and their writing technique. Finally we will enter the rich expressive world of the character pieces (Impromptus), completely realizing musical style in different time of classical period. The author takes her own individual performance experiences and research works as the main basis of her interpretation. The research works include referring to literature, reorganize composer's creational idea and musical style, and analyzing structure, motive, interval, phrase, harmony, modes, relations between movements, relations between subjects and compositional technique.

title: Teaching Music Through Interdisciplinary Arts Education: a Compilation of Teaching Materials in Multifaceted Ways abstract: 藝術的統整，可以不受時空的限制，自由馳騁於各種門類的藝術之間，但受創作者的文化背景、人格特質、藝術素質與情緒而決定其面貌。其實，自然界中的聲、光、色、相，人生界中的興、衰、哀、樂，這些聲音、色彩、形象、現象，雖然原本各不相謀，但經過感覺與情緒的交互聯結，往往相互呼應。由視覺得來的印象，固然可以用視覺的媒材表現出來；但也可以用聽覺或其他感覺的媒體來表現。一塊色彩，可以轉化為一個形象，也可以轉化成一種音調。據此，只要有能力傅建兩種不間藝術的內涵，只要能巧妙地運用兩種不間藝術的媒體，則音樂與繪畫可以統整，音樂與建築可以統整，音樂與文學能統整，所有的藝術，均可以與音樂互相統整。　　　　長久以來，在音樂藝術的領域裡，統整也持續的在發揮效用。對音樂家而言，他們與其他藝術家們常作積極與密切的互動、切蹉、討論及支持，並舉行定期的活動來發表他們對當時文化、政治、經濟、社會的看法與見解。而藝術家們也深信這樣的交流能豐富他們的精神、心靈、生活，拓展其知識、思想及視野，最重要的是，為他們的創作裡灌注了生命的力量及源源不絕的幻想空間。　　為此，筆者在課堂即運用藝術統整的觀念來教學，不論學生是否具有藝術方面之背景，筆者發現，他們對運用統整之教學，持較高的好奇心與興趣。在此，與大家分享藝術統盤之心得與教材，教材集取自筆者多年在通核中心之課程教學及師培中心「藝術與人文教材教法」之課程教案設計。因藝術種類之繁瑣，此報告主要敘述音樂與繪畫之統整，期望統整也能深植你我之心。
