    <link>https://tkuir.lib.tku.edu.tw/dspace/handle/987654321/128687</link>
<description>title: Jodorowsky, L'Incal et Dune: l'androgyne sacré et la malédiction ancestrale abstract: Alejandro Jodorowsky’s adaptation of the novel Dune by Frank Herbert never bore cinematic fruit, but it did lead to the inception of the saga The Incal in the 1980s. The creation of this graphic novel world — The Incal is also the title of the first volume in the series — fleshes out some elements already present in the science fiction novel. This article explores how Jodorowsky develops these aspects by exploring two themes, that of the androgynous god, whether manufactured or revealed, and that of the memory curse. This latter theme intersects with the Chilean-French writer’s work as the inventor of psychomagic, a form of therapy seeking to heal inherited trauma. The theme features prominently in another of his graphic novel series, The Metabarons. We will also examine how Jodorowsky took advantage of the possibilities offered by the graphic novel to illustrate our chosen themes by literalizing certain metaphors.

    <link>https://tkuir.lib.tku.edu.tw/dspace/handle/987654321/128601</link>

    <link>https://tkuir.lib.tku.edu.tw/dspace/handle/987654321/128600</link>
｜This study examines the phenomenon of lexicalization in Spanish morphological components. It analyzes the lexicalization process of Spanish compositional patterns. It shows the formal and semantic characteristics of the lexicalization behavior experienced by structures of syntagmatic origin in the production of formations. The analysis reveals that phenomena such as fusion, idiomatization, syntactic weakening, analogy, reanalysis, and recategorization are indispensable factors in Spanish lexical formation. Ultimately, this study proposes a theoretical extension of the complementary model between lexicalization and grammaticalization, applying it specifically to the domain of compound formation. The findings further demonstrate that grammaticalization and lexicalization in Spanish are mutually complementary processes and functionally integrated processes that operate within a shared morphological domain, that operate in the same morphological terrain. A close interaction between these two processes is dynamically observed in word formation.

<description>title: Les animaux de tout le monde de Jacques Roubaud - jeux lingustiques et enseignement du français abstract: Known for classic poetry and children's literature, the writing games in Les Animaux de tout le monde of Jacques Roubaud are also very instructive for beginners of French. With tender humor in language games and imaginary fantasy, the author, poet and mathematician, develops amusing thoughts in the poems of this collection and brings a dynamic breath. These poems for children are useful for introducing them to reading comprehension and addressing the subject of translation. Roubaud suggests clearly an imaginary exercise of oral poetry for young people in this collection written for them. The use of animal roles in the literary tradition is omnipresent in fables and moral lessons. This seemingly childlike collection hides the attitude and the multiple resources of his creation. With the sixty sonnet poems, the author invents bestiary stories and transforms his writing into a field game, he also introduces daily good humor from the inspiration of everyday life. This collection could be a rich teaching tool. It offers easy reading, brings joy in learning.

<title>Study on Superstitions and Their Extent in Taiwan</title>
    <link>https://tkuir.lib.tku.edu.tw/dspace/handle/987654321/128075</link>
<description>title: Study on Superstitions and Their Extent in Taiwan abstract: This article presents a multidisciplinary analysis of the persistence and influence of superstitions, focusing on their spread and survival in Taiwan. Taiwan's unique cultural landscape, where rich Buddhist, Confucian, and Taoist traditions coexist alongside cutting-edge technological advancements, plays a significant role in shaping collective beliefs distinct from those in mainland China. The extensive acceptance of several superstitions leads to minor outbreaks of collective hysteria, which generally remain in a latent state. This study employs methods including cross-cultural comparison, ethnological analysis, and findings from contrastive studies in Behavioral Psychology studies. It begins by tracing the origins and evolution of the concept of superstition within the context of folklore studies. The paper then examines this phenomenon through anthropological and psychological perspectives, incorporating analyses from scholars such as Brunvand, Frazer, Lévi-Strauss, Kirk, García Mieres, Irwin, and Skinner. The article concludes with a discussion of the specific superstitions prevalent in Taiwan, exploring their formation, dissemination, and the degree of belief among the populace. Methods employed include cross-cultural comparison or Ethnology and the conclusions extracted from a contrastive analysis of Behavioral Psychology studies.

<title>Taiwanese urban legends: formation, characteristics and dissemination</title>
    <link>https://tkuir.lib.tku.edu.tw/dspace/handle/987654321/128074</link>
<description>title: Taiwanese urban legends: formation, characteristics and dissemination abstract: This article is based on the first collection of urban legends (ULs) in Taiwan (2019), with summaries of contemporary legends in Spanish, English, and Chinese. The discussion here revolves around how cultural differences reach such an extreme that they tend to make complex, not only the collection of ULs and their variants, but also their very essence and classification. To this end, social, cultural, and psychosocial factors that intervene in the formation, structure, and belief in ULs in Taiwan will be exposed and analyzed. In addition, the research will expose the idiosyncratic characteristics of Taiwanese culture, which favor the spread and acceptance of contemporary legends as part of the empirical reality.
